Exceptional service Emma and Andy. Not only was he treated with patience and kindness, they went above and beyond to make a difficult time just that little bit easier. When staff offer to personally deliver the suit on their way home from work, you know that customer service is a top priority for this company. Everything was provided to ensure my neighbour looked his best for an important day. They even gifted him the cufflinks he took a fancy to on the day. Well done team Frank Bird for looking after him. Visited here twice in the last 6 months and both times being so impressed with the help we received in store, totally takes the hassle out of a potentially very stressful situation of finding the right suit LOL!! Further to this my sons suit went missing ( got delivered to the wrong house, nowhere to be seen!!) Liam the store manager is a total diamond, again totally took the stress out of the situation and went above and beyond to help me. I haven't experienced such excellent customer service for a very long time. Suits Direct Liam and the team at this store are a real credit to you.”
