“I cannot believe all the negative comments about this practice. I have rarely had a problem, yes it can be difficult at times to get an appointment but if you explain your problem politely i have usually been offered an alternative. I find the reception staff friendly and efficient never ever rude. I think you get back what you give out so be polite and friendly and willing to accept something different. The nurses ( especially donna) have always followed through on treatments etc. making sure referrals have been acted on. I wish my son had this practice instead of the way worse one he attends. I would recommend it to anyone.”

1502 The Light Surgery
“I moved to this surgery after having a terrible experience with another practice. They have been nothing but helpful and supportive for me and addressed all concerns and requests quickly. Patchs is sometimes a challenge but believe me it’s much worse at other surgeries where it can be closed for weeks at a time.”

“Not been with the practice too long, but every time I’ve had to call up or receive a call the doctors and reception have been lovely. Never uninformed when waiting for next steps etc for care. As far as appointments etc go I’ve always been offered one with in 14 days or next day/same day if it’s serious or urgent. Happy to of registered here”

1504 Bellbrooke Surgery
“I had a completely different experience to most first time visiting this surgery for wound care that my local gp couldn’t provide any longer and honestly I saw senior nurse Marie and she was brilliant explained far more than my own surgery I felt like she wanted to help. It’s all too easy to have negative things to say but honestly I have None I had a lovely experience and will be happy to go back to them for wound care. She was very thorough and although I only had a 20min appointment I didn’t feel rushed and she explained that I could get a 40minute one to go into things in more detail really can’t fault this surgery at all up to now 10/10”
