“I was a little apprehensive about Mantle Psychology after reading the negative reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Lucy was fantastic with my daughter as were the other assessors. Dr Lucy listened to my concerns and took on board information provided by my daughter’s teacher and her dyslexia assessor who recommended an ADHD assessment. It’s been a few months since my daughter’s assessment and she’s already asked when she can see Dr Lucy again. She was very disappointed when I explained that she didn’t need anymore appointments with Dr Lucy who has clearly had a very positive impact on my daughter which can only be a good thing. I highly recommend Mantle Psychology.”

“Last May I went to spec savers and they referred me and said if they thought it was urgent they'd get me in within the week they got back same day and booked me in straight away was there for 6 hours first time and was there every 2 week for abit had to have blood test chest x- Ray and that test with the yellow dye in vein I was 20 at time and very scared of everything my stepdad came to every appointment and holded my hand when i started to panic i cried at home where my mum would stay with me cause of how scared i got and found out i had a blinding disease called VKH and would've gone blind in both eyes if i didn't get it sorted straight away and i was every scared but everyone was nice and sweet and very caring and made sure I felt comfortable and I'm very grateful and I can now see and only problem I had is I'm short sighted in the eye it effected most but I'm grateful to still have my sight everyone there was amazing thank you so much”

I had an appointment within an hour. Optician confirmed embedded piece in my eye (spec savers) they rang emergency ENT and got me an immediate appointment. The piece was removed within an hour, no waiting in a&e. Great process and kept me out of A&E.”

“Had my implant done only today but the young and extremely lovely lady that made me so comfortable! She knew what she was doing and joked a bit which help a lot. My daughter was allowed only in waiting area, which was amazing as some clinics don’t Ellen allow this! Shame I could not take her with me. Despite me being extremely anxious that I cannot be with my daughter (suffering with severe separation anxiety) I was made feel comfortable and cared for. Booking consultation was amazing and again lovely lady on the line. As done only today, cannot comment much on the pain etc afterwards but that depends person to person.”
