“Was in Ossett to have a tattoo at Ashes Rise Tattoo Studio and was advised to have a substantial meal prior to the tattoo, so this being a 2 minute stroll away I chose here. Glad I did, lovely cosy cafe, all staff smiling and helpful. Ordered a large breakfast and large it definitely was too. Proper butchers sausages, nice thick bacon. Everything was lovely, was definitely substantial as I couldn't finish it lol. Definitely come again prior to next tattoo, or even if visiting Ossett.”

They helped me search for it without any hesitation. Very attentive & did all they could to help me. Both the ladies were searching bushes at one point for me :) they went above & beyond their job role !!”

“Great showroom, went for a recall but the friendly salesman wanted to sell me a car, when I told him what I was there for he said I could have a free coffee. On the phone I was told it would be 1 hour, when I got there I was told it would be a couple. Was stuck in Castleford for 3 hours but they had washed the car for me”

Mr Sadique the optometrist was really helpful explaining the condition of my eyes after having cataract surgery in my left eye where things have gone wrong, and still not right 6 months on. Hopefully the new glasses will help alleviate some problems”

“This is a wonderful place to visit. Wool, patterns and accessories in abundance. It is a family run business and they are always at hand for advice or a chat. Many bags of yarn available at very reasonable prices, discontinued colours of styles of yarn as well as the newest yarns on the market. I can really recommend this as a go to place for yarn. Also upstairs they sell outdoor clothing at good prices and good brands. Raincoats, Boots, Hats etc ., Brilliant all rounder !!!!”

“Would never use a different suit shop. The customer service here is outstanding. Visited here twice in the last 6 months and both times being so impressed with the help we received in store, totally takes the hassle out of a potentially very stressful situation of finding the right suit LOL!! Further to this my sons suit went missing ( got delivered to the wrong house, nowhere to be seen!!) Liam the store manager is a total diamond, again totally took the stress out of the situation and went above and beyond to help me. I haven't experienced such excellent customer service for a very long time. Suits Direct Liam and the team at this store are a real credit to you.”

“Recommendation from a friend, and decided to go with the family to try it out. Excellent food and friendly services, my favourite = fried rice (King Prawns/Chicken), Beef Chilli with beans and the Thai green curry. I was so impressed I even ordered take-outs for my parents.”

“Highly recommend this pub. They have good craft beers and the food by Marks Kitchen@The Shoulder of Mutton is superb. We have been a few times and always had a lovely meal. The sunday roast is one of, if not the best we have had eating out. Today we took 10 friends and everyone raved how good the food was. In our group they had to cater for some vegetarians and a gluten free meal but this was not a problem. To top it off the waiting staff have all always been very friendly and helpful. Our friend’s all want to go back and we will definitely be back soon. Definitely 5 stars”
