“Ordered t-shirts with some artwork my wife had made embroidered on the chest. I have just received these and I'm delighted with them. The material is a really high-quality cotton and the embroidery on the design is robust and exactly as I'd requested, despite the intricacy. Delivery was speedy (especially given it is a personalised item at this particular time of year!) and I now have plenty of time to give these out as gifts that I'm sure the recipients will love. “We had a fantastic experience when visiting Furniture Village at Birstall, Leeds. There was a huge selection of sofas and the showroom was set out really nicely with room displays. The Sales Consultant Matthew left us to browse without pestering us and when we were ready to make a purchase he was really helpful and friendly. The prices were reasonable and cheaper than we have found elsewhere,. Also free coffee machine and cookies which was a nice bonus! Overall very happy!”

“Stunning! My friend and I drove here for a day out (interior decor nerds) from Liverpool and it didn’t disappoint. The one thing I will say is that we had expected there to be a bit more design but it’s really more or less exclusively furnishings. Would have LOVED some kitchen/bathroom/tile shops (but that may very well be our bad for not Googling beforehand, hence it hasn’t lowered the score). Overall the entire place is stunning, the staff were very helpful, informed and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you’re into decoration/design or need inspiration for a reno!!”

“Staff are friendly and has all the essentials. It seems like there isn't enough stock out but I found everything I need (DIY/paint/cleaning essentials). Sale items are located near the tills. Found good bargains and they're well organised with the C19 situation (not slacking and letting everyone in). Sometimes there's queues but that's expected. It's a small store but it is part of retail park.”

“My closest large store, convenient location and where I collect my endless Next orders. Always well staffed and staff always friendly. Tend to avoid the weekends as getting in and out of car park can be fun but due to long opening hours not a problem.”

“A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x”

“We have just received our Daydream 4 Seater Sofa in sea green soft touch velvet from Zofa and we’re over the moon with it. It’s so beautiful, the colour and fabric are stunning and the photos don’t even do it justice compared with it in real life. It’s completely transformed the room and I’ve had so many lovely comments on it already. Our sofa was delivered in 5 week, communication and delivery was great. It was delivered right to the spot we wanted it, unpacked and the feet put on for us. Can’t fault it and thoroughly recommend Zofa.”
