As per previous review, he consulted first on the design and spec and everything was made perfectly, and completed quickly. Shaun remains the tidiest person to ever have done work for us! Highly recommended. 2021: We could not be happier with our new alcove cupboards and shelves. From first contact Shaun was really clear in his communication and came round for a consultation on what we were looking for. He made some suggestions that really helped shape the project and finalise the design. He’s worked really hard over the week, always super reliable and went above and beyond to achieve a quality finish. We’ve already got him booked for another job! Highly recommended.”

When the job grew in size due to an issue that was uncovered along the way, Owl Property Maintenance stepped up without a bother. They were excellent. They can do everything - tiling, building walls, bathroom installation, ceiling and flooring replacement, plastering, electrics. All to a high standard. Adrian was our main guy with help from Michael at the installation stage for our bathroom and various other members of the team popping in here and there. Im assuming it’s when there was specialist eyes needed for electrics as an example. All very polite, considerate and hard working. From day one total consideration. Was given to my property and I was impressed that nothing was started until the flooring and carpets were all covered and protected. Each night the building work was not left until it was secured so my 1 year old and 4 year old were safe and there was a clean up every night. Thoroughly impressed at the communication throughout - Mark lead on this and was straight back to me every time on text message without delay, even out of hours. We will be using again in the future and have a growing list of jobs that we’ll be putting their way. Highly recommended.”

Robin fixed everything quickly, and to say I'd sprung another repair in him, didn't really charge me much more at all. Would definitely recommend, and will contact again should the occasion arise.
