Website straightforward and functional, staff extremely personable and friendly when booking and confirming/paying deposit. Updates received as holiday dates approached. Directions excellent, considering the secluded location of what was a fantastic Villa. Having stayed at a number of holiday Villas over years, this was probably the best in all areas. Highly recommended. Owner, Andry, made a welcome contact on day following arrival. Extremely helpful, as there was an ongoing wi-fi problem due to the network service in the area, requiring two engineer inspection visits. Problems dealt with/resolved to our satisfaction. Not the owners fault. The Villa was clean, extremely well stocked and fridge had essentials upon arrival. Small things = great first impression.10 out of 10 from us! “I have been with Vogue for a couple of years and they are absolutely fantastic, the most accommodating and friendly lettings agency you could ask for as a young person in Huddersfield. Despite the cost of living crisis making general living super expensive, their prices are really reasonable, and they offer great solutions to any concerns you may have i.e. parking, varying tenancy contracts. It’s an absolute breath of fresh air to rent from them, and with bills often included it’s one less big concern to worry about when moving is already stressful. Would highly recommend to anyone! “Samantha Johnson is an absolute credit to this company and she deserves some recognition for how amazing her customer sevice is. I ended up in a rather tricky situation which Sam has massively helped me get out of by securing me a beautiful rental, back in the village I moved from in November. At the beginning, I spammed her like crazy to prove I'm a trustworthy tenant and there was absolutely no need to. Sam was very kind, genuine and fast with her approach to my situation. I had the viewing on Wednesday morning, confirmed I'd got the house on Wednesday afternoon, paid in full on Thursday morning and got the keys Thursday evening. I'm hoping to be moved in this weekend.
