“We come to Rivers regularly and have never been disappointed. The service is great and the food is amazing. Regardless of what we order its always good quality and a good portion, seasoned well and very satisfying. Today we had chicken in plum and chilli sauce, as well as beef flank soup with rice noodles. The menu is large enough that anyone will find something that suits them. Come on an empty stomach as you will definitely leave full.”

“St George's Square is a clean and open space in Huddersfield town centre. It as a water feature that operates in the summer months, a large, bronze statue of one time prime ministers Harold Wilson who was born in Huddersfield. The stunning buildings that surround the square include the grade1listed railway station that was opened in 1847 and described by John Betjeman as "the most splendid in England." The station incoperates 2 bars at either side. Another architectural and historical building is the grade 2 listed building, The George Hotel which is where in 1895 the birth of Rugby League took place. This hotel is presently closed but rumours continue to circulate that this one time splendid hotel may be opened in time for the 2021 Rugby League World Cup. The whole Square is surrounded by some of Huddersfield's most impressive buildings which also include Lion Chambers, Britannia Buildings and Tites building to name a few. St George's Square hosts many events including in December a four day Food and Drink festival and Festival of Light just to name a couple. In the summer months this Square is a vibrant, busy place and a real treasure of Huddersfield.”

We were out for a celebration bringing our cousin out for the evening after being in hospital for 5 months & we were not disappointed. “4.5 Stars – Great Pizza & Fast Service! Had a really good experience ordering from Tutti’s on Wakefield Road. The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and full of flavour — you can tell they don’t skimp on toppings. I also tried their chicken wrap which was tasty and filling. Delivery was quick and everything arrived hot, which is always a bonus. Prices are reasonable too, especially with the portion sizes. Staff on the phone were polite and helpful when I called to ask about an offer. Only slight improvement would be to add a few more sides or dessert options to the menu — but for a solid pizza fix in Huddersfield, Tutti’s hits the spot. Definitely ordering again soon.”

“This place like alot of places don’t get recognition its one of the best kobedas i have had in my years of trying kobeda. Travelling out 40min or so just to eat that kobeda so mouthwatering The salad and sauces are just toooo good Very friendly staff and always look after you. The place is more like a takeaway but i always sit in as the is tables in there. It can get cold in there as doors are open all the time, can get smokey due to the level of orders and the ovens on full whack. But never once any complaints just a place to eat and not be disappointed”

“This is my go to pub of choice. The food is consistently good. Any slight issues are promptly and professionally resolved..... The beer (ale) is consistently good. The staff are more than willing to assist in anything required..... There are a few people with mobility / age issues / problems. It's so heart warming to sit and watch the staff bring their drinks, their condiments and their change back to them with a pleasantry not seen in any other pub in Huddersfield. Can't fault the pub. It is definitely a place where all people are constantly welcomed...... Im a Yorkshire man - so I'm not easily impressed / pleased. Overall 10/10. Also : the toilets are on the same level, so no steps. ☺️”
