“Ordered the fresh Chicken Karahi which was amazing. It took around 45 minutes but it was worth the wait. It is the most flavoured dish I’ve ever had from a takeaway. My parents shared it with me and they want to make it a weekly thing. Also the Sohan Halwa and the Koya Burfi mithai I gifted to friends told me it reminded them of traditional Pakistani sweets and thought I had it brought from there. Amazing food and amazing shop”

“Yesterday I went there. I ordered pizza with 2 flavours (atlanta special and peri one) both of them were sooo yummy in taste. Soft dough, not dry. Yummiest pizza i have ever had in uk. And yes the good thing is they are not too expensive. Such a reasonable prices.”

“The food has always been absolutely fine here, the prices are fab - absolutely can not complain but when you’re ordering you need to speak to Elyshi R (name on my receipt) because honestly she has made my visit! The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any inquiries or requests, even during peak business hours. They maintain their professionalism and courtesy regardless of the complexity or peculiarity of customer orders. When placing substantial orders, I appreciate their meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all beverages are securely sealed with takeaway lids and appropriately packaged for safe transport. The establishment maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. Staff members are constantly engaged in cleaning tables, sweeping floors, and collecting discarded items. The beverage preparation area is meticulously maintained, with regular sanitization to prevent contamination or product mix-ups. Despite the occasional presence of unruly individuals, the restrooms are kept immaculately clean, reflecting the establishment's commitment to hygiene and orderliness. As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money at your stores annually, I believe that the app should accurately reflect my membership status and allow me to maintain my membership for as long as I continue to meet the required criteria. I kindly request that you address this issue and implement a system that enables members to progress beyond the one-year membership limit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

“Excellent few hours of lunchtime menu options available for the winter months, nice and warm in winter and next to the Canal and outside seating available in the summer. Good lunch menu choices and drinks options to have at various times of day. Looking forward to meeting with friends here again later on in the season.”

“The best value place by far. Super clean and hygienic even by my standards. Well equipped, I had room 202 and it was perfect so cheap too. Two separate rooms at travelodge for family and myself would have cost almost twice as much. Easy to reach plenty of parking and although it was a one night stay I think we could swing a week.”

“Wonderful experience! I recently visited this sweet little place, and had the most pleasurable time while being here. They have a lot of offers going about across the week, and run a 2 for 1 cocktails offer everyday, so getting a nice drink to go along with your meal is pretty easy to do here. On my visit I ordered a burger, it was amazing! It came with 3 meats (Beef, Chicken and bacon) and I was able to select a sauce from the wide range of sauces that they have at the venue. The atmosphere is wonderful and makes you feel like you're sat right in the heart of the 1960s - early 2000s with the wide array of music that they play here. The gentleman that greeted me on my arrival was one of the most pleasant people I've met, he helped myself and my friend order food, let us know what offers were on and was extremely pleasant past that. The prices here are pretty great, especially considering how high quality the food and drinks are here. Including 2 cocktails, a full meal and sides myself and my friend dined for around £15 per person. Overall I would highly recommend the rock cafe to anyone passing and looking for a nice meal, or even just a quick drink.”

“One the best chicken burgers you can buy in the area and the cheapest. I have tried many other takeaways where the chicken burgers are more expensive but not as flavoursome as UKFC. I love the crispy coating with a hint of spice. Always a hit with the family as I have been going to this place for almost 20 years. I like the idea of where the customer can help themselves with putting as much sauces as they want on their burgers and chips where other takeaways wouldn't provide this option. Hope this place stays opened forever :)”

Every dish had depth and flavor. On top of that, the staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Great food, great people — what more could you ask for? 10/10 experience!””

“Came up from london and stayed in the apartments next door. As soon as we arrived the team were on hand to show us where to go to our room. The pub was great and really well run. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere on Friday and Saturday night was great with karaoke! We had such a great time in Huddersfield thanks to these guys and will definitely be back to the boy and the barrel when we visit next!”
