I came to the store today and approached a colleague called Malaika and she was very helpful friendly & respectful! It makes a change when you get a colleague who is understanding & goes out of their way to provide a 5* service! Due to being with a family member who did not speak fluent English Malaika was more than helpful in taking her time out to speak to my family member resulting in them being understood and appreciated, thank you once again Malaika such a pleasant person to be around! The store was clean and tidy it did get slightly busy but the queues were well managed and the staff really take the time out to lend a helping hand!
