“I have been here twice this year, both times the food was excellent and the staff were lovely. The restaurant itself is nice and has a great view of the river. What more can you ask for? As well as this I am lactose intolerant which can cause problems when eating out, however at this restaurant they have an entire vegan menu and they will adapt pizzas to make them lactose free. The pizza dough recipe here does not contain milk. The staff here take intolerances seriously and are very helpful when you have questions. In my experience, some restaurants act inconvenienced or do not understand when you have a dietary requirement, but I can eat at this restaurant with confidence as I know that the food will not upset my stomach whatsoever which is rare as I have a stomach condition on top of lactose intolerance. They have amazing vegan garlic bread, even my partner was impressed with it. The vegan cheese that they use is really good too, unlike most places. This is our go-to restaurant now in York and I highly recommend it.”

Found they have a more authentic menu with Chinese dishes on the other side of the menu. Had a lovely noodle dish. The waitress went and checked the ingredients for me.”

“I recently visited Nosh Inn and tried their Burger Box meal and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The box came with a generous portion of fries, and even the sides were fresh and tasty. It’s clear they prioritize quality, even in a fast-food setting. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist with any questions. “I ordered from my China yesterday evening on uber eats for myself and my family. We ordered chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls x2, beef in black bean sauce, fried rice and chips x2. All arrived within the time frame given , all arrived nice and hot. Unexpectedly large portions which was a great surprise considering how cheap the meals were, chow mein and black bean sauce was both very tasty and full of flavour and you could tell it was freshly made, the beef in the black bean sauce was very spicy considering we ordered mild but the actual flavours was still there. The beef in black bean sauce was also an allergen dish as the person having this dish is allergic to mushrooms and they followed the note i gave them which can often be ignored at takeaway places. The chow mein had a lot of flavour to it, arrived in a large portion and wasnt dry, had a nice sauce ratio to the dish. The chips were hot and tasty and not soggy like they usually are at other takeaways, fried rice was lovely and arrived hot as well, the sweet and sour sauce was lovely as well not too overpowering on the sour side, had nice flavours to it and arrived hot also. And the battered chicken balls were all delicious as well, the batter wasn't soggy and the chicken was moist, arrived hot, had a nice taste to them and you got a lot of them for a small price, very well worth it, we was all very impressed even my partner who works as a chef so isn't easily impressed with takeaway food standards lol. It managed to feed all of us and probably more there was that much food, very happy customers. Also the delivery driver was very friendly. We will definitely be ordering from here again, might even be our new usual place to order from now. :)”
