“I had my ear wax removed today as 1 ear was totally blocked! I didn’t realise how much it affected me and how I felt. I was booked in by a very friendly girl, very easy to talk to. Very professional service. Went in to a lovely upstairs room and had photos of in my ears shown to me. As I thought 1 totally blocked. They used a suction machine. Checked everything with me first, details etc. Very painless and quick but not rushed service. Came out feeling much much better after having a big plug of wax removed. Would recommend to anyone having the same trouble.”

The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot — everything from the eggs to the vegan sausages was cooked just right. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. “Went into Wilko in Wigston a couple of weeks ago. Just wanted to say how wonderful the staff were. Wanted some bird seed and the female assistant kindly went to the stockroom and fetched 2 massive bags back. They weigh a lot! Then we were having problems with the self checkout and a lovely lady assistant put all our purchases through for us. We had a laugh and a joke with her. I wish more shopping experiences were like this!”
