“I visited Groby Road Medical Centre (first time there) for a procedure. I was a little anxious while waiting to be called, but Julie and Sarah immediately made me feel at ease. I was greeted with smiling faces and all the details were explained to me clearly, giving me all the options available. They both made the whole experience easy and comfortable given the nature of the procedure. 5 stars all the way. The lady on reception was also very friendly to me and every other person that came in. Thank you so much!”

“Rang up at 8am and you had the option of holding or getting a callback. Someone actually answered in under 10 minutes and gave me an appointment without the third degree. All the staff I've seen there so far have been really great. You can book 'normal' appointments for the future too. I've moved from a terrible practice so my expectations are super low but so far, this place is 100% better than my last!”
