If I needed anything they were there, nothing was too much trouble. Reena gave me tips for coping at home & made me feel at ease throughout a long day. The whole experience was excellent, even with the post op pain.”

“Honestly could not recommend Northfields Medical centre more. Our little boy is quite prone to Croup, and on the 3 occasions we have needed urgent medical advice, each time we have been able to leave a message with the duty doctor and they have seen us the same day. Today, we contacted them at 5.40 p.m. and the receptionist was super helpful, left an urgent message for us as we were still seen, even though they close at 6p.m. and we are so grateful to be able to avoid 111/ A&E. We have also experienced great service when calling at either 8 or 11 for an appointment for our little one, they always manage to fit us in. The receptionists and medical staff are always very friendly. Excellent service received, especially in stressful situations when our little boy is unwell, and we're super grateful. Thank you so much!”

The facility has lifts as well as WC on both floors. Very clean. Update on paying by mobile app, for 1 hour parking it's £1 plus 25p for service charge so you will end up paying £1.25 for 1 hour parking. The app is easy to use however the app map does not show this place so enter the park code (810095).”

“Cannot praise the staff enough, I get that had we arrived a few hours later or earlier, may have been a different story, however, what we experienced what nothing short of incredible. Our 6 year old came with severe headaches, poor lad didn't get a chance to play with the Lego he was brought because the staff were completely on it, there wasn't a 2 minute break between someone coming in to do some tests, observations etc, we had to wait for results but, this is A&E in the NHS.. we'd always say more staff, more room, more hospitals even, but today they managed, at least with us, a treatment we're proud of. Thank you NHS.”

“After struggling with worsening lower back pain for over a year, it came to a head when I fell at home after my office chair slid out from under me. Within days, climbing the stairs was extremely difficult and the spasms were unbearable. My GP referred me for an MRI and prescribed codeine, which unfortunately didn’t agree with me. Having driven past the Spine Clinic many times, I decided to book an appointment to see if they could help. I was lucky to be seen within a couple of days, and Krishan began gentle treatment and provided a clear programme to follow. Just three weeks and four sessions later, I am in significantly less pain, far more mobile, and moving comfortably again. Through the Spine Clinic app, Krishan has also provided daily stretching and strengthening exercises, which have made a real difference to my wellbeing. I only wish I had addressed the problem sooner. I would highly recommend anyone experiencing back pain to contact the team at the Spine Clinic and not wait for an acute flare-up like I did.”
