As I work during the shops opening hours, I did everything over Facebook messenger and telephone with Trina and she was really helpful and thorough, making sure to fully understand what I was looking for. She advised on how I could achieve the kind of look I wanted without spending loads of money and gave me other cheaper options if I wanted them, she wasn't pushy at all to try and sell me the most expensive things. On the day, she delivered the flowers to me and advised how to keep them fresh as it was a warmer day. Overall excellent service and would definitely recommend.”

“My engagement ring needed repair as it lost a stone . We had quite a complex case as we paid for the ring repair and then found we were actually insured on it so requested the refund of what we originally paid back. Dan the assistant manager was very understanding and got our refund sorted as quickly as possible for us which we were very grateful for! Although the ring repair took quite a while it has come back looking brand new and all the diamonds absolutely gleaming! Overall really happy , Thank you Ernest Jones!”

I sold some of my gold and they charged what I believe was their commission and smelting costs. I asked them twice how did they work out the commission,.was a fixed cost or percentage, but the avoided answering the question. I trust enough to go back if required, however I would shop around especially with so many jewellers located along that road”

There’s loads of choice and it’s all good value for money. “I came in to do a food review for my college assignment and the first thing, the staff were very kind - very good customer service and offered to help and recommended me what food to pick and order. The food didn't disappoint, it was hot and packed with flavour. The noodles were steaming hot yet the broth was light and delicious it was a really big portion but the aroma was extremely mouth watering. The green tea was light and had an earthy flavour which paired really well with the daifuku - it was sweet, chewy and had a really good filling. Overall it was a really good experience since it was the first time I came to do a food review and also the first time I came by myself to a restaurant. I hope to come again and try different dishes :)”
