They were both helpful, but the assistant manager walked me through what I liked, what I didn’t and different size options, without being judgemental and she was beautifully patient. “We bought 4 outfits for an upcoming wedding. We wanted to have mother and children matching outfits. Uncle kindly told us he had stock and could tailor and adjust all the outfits as they have their own tailors. We selected the outfits and their tailor took our measurements. We were promised the outfits would be ready in 10 days and as promised they were. My mum had bought a suit material and provided her own sample. This was also stitched perfectly. We have purchased suit pieces from Jaan before, but this was our first time to have our outfits custom made. As a family we were very happy with the customer service received, stitching and adjustments were very good, and all at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend Jaan, and would continue to shop in the near future.”
