“Laura is very professional in her teaching. She is very patient and and extremely supportive whilst teaching me to dance the waltz. I have learnt such a lot in a short period of time. The venue is very warm and welcoming lovely sprung dance floor. Would highly recommend if you would like to learn to dance.”

“Brilliant fitness classes. I’ve been coming to David’s classes for years now. First started going to Clubbercise and Dancercise. Those classes are not available now but been going to Jump fitness since it started twice a week and recently tried both step and rave and circuit. Love all the classes but jump and circuit are my favourites. All the instructors David, Sarah and Dani are brilliant. I go on my own and everybody is friendly and I’ve met loads of people there. It’s in the dark with disco lights and great music. You really do feel like you’ve had a great workout a few minutes in. Don’t worry if you can’t keep up you can go at your own pace and nobody shouts. I highly recommend Attitude fitness and I know the kids love the dance school. It’s really popular and very successful in comps x”

He made me feel at ease and that there is no pressure which abled me to relax more and feel more confident. She put together a wonderful dance routine that looked good and (with a bit of practice) flowed easily.
