“I was very happy with the entire service, from the receptionist to the nurse who saw my son. They were all professional and kind, and it was evident that the nurses genuinely care for children, often smiling at my son. The nurse who attended to us was knowledgeable and thorough during the examination. She was also very attentive to me, taking the time to answer all my questions. Additionally, I was impressed with their waiting time management. The monitor in the waiting area displayed a target of under an hour, which they met, as I was out of there in less than an hour despite a steady inflow and outflow of patients. I would definitely return if I have any other issues with my son.”

“I had an appointment at Nuclear Medicine for a Bone Density Scan today. I arrived early for my appointment and expected a LONG wait. Checked in at Reception, taken straight through to a waiting area. In for my Scan within minutes and out of the Royal half an hour prior to my appointment time. Very efficient, friendly, professional ....the best of the best”

“Tip for anyone going, I got there at 7.45am was called to the desk at 8am exactly, saw triage nurse at 8.10am had consultation and examination with a lovely nurse called Elaine and her student Georgia and was out of there by 9am. Brilliant service lovely people and very clean. Would highly recommend this walk in centre.”

“I couldn’t fault this place. After previously waiting 30 minutes at Widnes walk in centre for advice only, I was seen by a nurse and the only advice she gave me without asking about my symptoms was to go to Halewood walk in centre. Why the reception staff couldn’t have told me, I’ll never know. So I arrive at Halewood walk in and immediately called to reception; she was lovely and friendly, took all my details and told me to take a seat in the waiting room. I sent my husband a quick text and was called in to be seen. Nurse was very efficient, did my obs and checked the areas I complained of. A diagnosis was made, and prescription sent to the pharmacy next door and 20 minutes later I went home.”

“I went to the A and E today and the Triage nurse was amazing. She had been upset by a previous patient and I felt so sorry for her. She gave me really good care for a finger injury and bandaged me up. The people that work long hours to help us even on a Sunday evening should be respected and applauded . Thank you so much.”

“I visited A&E on Saturday morning (1st Mar) and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their care and dedication. The waiting time was 8 hours, which I fully expected as the department was extremely busy. I was seen by a doctor after 5 hours, and although my initial results were fine, she wanted to carry out more tests to make sure everything was absolutely fine before discharging me – which I truly appreciated. Bloods and ECG were done straight away by two lovely ladies, Sheila and Mary, who were friendly, polite, and very caring. Unfortunately, I can't remember the doctor's name, but she was brilliant – so kind, patient, and attentive. Despite how busy it was, the whole A&E team coped with the pressure incredibly well. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!”

“Absolutely can’t fault how lovely the staff are and so made up with the results so far from my treatment. I had cryolipolysis (fat freeze) to the neck/chin area after being self conscious of it for so long. I’d looked into this type of treatment as I didn’t want to have anything invasive. Natalie went through everything with me and how the treatment works. She also told me that some people may not necessarily see the effects from just 1 treatment. The difference between the before and after picture is 6 weeks and I am so shocked and even got overwhelmed as I didn’t realise there was such a difference. I was made to feel comfortable during the treatment and no judgment at all for how I felt, the way I felt I looked and the reasoning for wanting this treatment. Can’t thank the enough.
