“Absolute diamonds these vets. My dog had a choking incident and after attempting everything we had to take him to a vet and these vets jumped to our aid. We weren't registered but yet they dropped everything there and then to help us with our dog. Fortunately my dog managed to dislodge the chew and it was all okay. But these guys were ready as soon as we got there . Thank-you so much from all our family and of course our dog Odin. Best wishes this Christmas and for New year.”

“I visited today for a check up and was seen by Maryam and Karen. They were both friendly and very helpful. I had a regular check up and then a deep clean was recommended for my next appointment. As it happened they had a cancellation so offered to do the deep clean there and then saving me having to come back another time. Throughout it all they were both very helpful, patient and informative. My daughter also had an appointment for a check up and due to past issues with another dentist was very anxious but they both were brilliant with her and it has changed her feelings towards going to dentist. Also the receptionist, unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was lovely. She was very friendly and welcoming. I've been going to this dentist for a long time and they were all new staff to me, all three are a credit to this practice.”

My ‘regular’ dentist decided to remove me from their list without both my knowledge and consent and as such I was left somewhat stranded for care. As I was suffering with quite severe pain I rang the NHS contact line and was instantly referred over to the St Helens family practice. I was issued an appointment this very same afternoon and on the whole have been treated both effectively and efficiently. I’d like to thank the staff and in particular the dental practitioner who exuded a very empathetic attitude coupled with a wonderful sense of humour. I’m sincerely grateful for the treatment I have received today. I’d recommend whole heartedly. Thanks guys.”

“On 17th August I had a mastectomy and I am still in recovery as if you don’t feel bad enough my bridged tooth came out last night I was devastated as it is in the front. I called at the dentist this morning met by the wonderful cheerful receptionist who assured me I would be seen. My appointment was 9.15am by 9.45 I was home with my tooth fully back in place with no charge! Smiles are important but when life hits you hard and you can’t even smile without crying to have this treatment today was overwhelming I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me it’s priceless.
