“Pool is always warm and clean, great for the kids because they have the shallow part with toys. Staff are helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and tidy, you never have to wait and there's a big variety of equipment. Changing rooms are also well maintained. With free lockers and hair dryers etc. Lovely place, very family friendly ❤️”

“Great place with lots going on for the local community and shows you can make a success of such places with some thought. I visited for a birthday. Plenty of quiet, comfy places to sit away from the main, decent sized area. I think the cafe provided the food which was decent. Drinks fairly priced. I was on the soft drinks but, apparently, the cocktails were lovely Plenty of car parking and not too far from the station.”

“Had a great visit with friends for a round of golf. Friendly welcome on arrival. Sausage sandwich and a coffee before our game, very nice. Work was being done on the greens but were true and quick. The course was in good condition. There are a few long tight holes on the back 9, I would play differently next time. Plenty of water on the course also. After the round we had a pizza, this was very tasty. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return. A great place.”

“Been coming to preschool classes for 6 months or so, in that time my little one has become so confident, can flip on a bar, tried to start her own roly poly workshop at nursery and has genuinely found something she enjoys, the classes are taught in both a fun but educational manner, we know the names of moves and different shapes (tuck, straddle, pike etc) and practice at home! We have today been to their Christmas show and all I can say is considering how many children and spectators were in there it was ran seamlessly! Communication has been fab and other parents here so lovely as we needed a ticket last minute so straight on the groups WhatsApp to save the day! So many amazingly talented children and all credit to the coaches for teaching these routines and all skills involved! Also props to everyone involved in today’s show it was brilliant!”

We chose bounce house as have been quite a few times and always find staff really helpful and more obliging than in lots of other soft play places . “Very professional and well organised gym! I own a gym in Germany and we attended trainings at Warrington while travelling. We’ve done guest training at a multitude of gyms in various countries, and Warrington was easily one of the very best. They were extremely welcoming and hospitable to us, but what really stood out is the environment they have created for their athletes. The sessions are positive, energetic, and productive. We were very impressed by the systems they have in place, the quality of their training, and how completely engaged each coach is. It was very easy for my elite gymnast to work in and felt immediately comfortable. Everything was safe and clean, well beyond the standard in our industry. “Me and my daughter went to this swimming pool today. We usually go to the west kirby pool and this is so much better. Very warm pool and we had a blast. My only issue was the shower situation in the change village. This seems to be the same in every swimming pool where you can take children. There is never enough of the private showers and there were some form of insects everywhere (I believe to be some kind of mite) but this is a small issue when the rest of the experience was so good. Staff were excellent also.”

“The hotel was very nice, reception were friendly and informative. The bar area was a nice space, cocktails were really good as were the fresh coffees, the staff were friendly whilst professional at all times. Breakfast was very good too, constantly topped up with fresh food, decent variety of food on offer. The whole team throughout the hotel work extremely efficiently. You can often judge a place by their reaction when things go wrong and there was a very difficult intoxicated man in the bar area on Friday evening. The staff worked swiftly, professionally & effectively in removing him without disruption to other guests.”

“Really good, swimming baths, something for all ages. Lane swimming for the speedy people, two teaching pools and a flume and hot type tub plus a lazy river. The water was a comfortable temperature too.”
