“I can't believe this is only a 2 star rated hotel. The room I stayed in was superb, great decor and clean. I didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities, but walked through this area to the check-in desk. Judging by what I saw I would have no problem dining or drinking at this hotel. Service at check-in was good, no problems. There is an area to the right of the hotel with ample car parking.”

There are many excellent things about Lucky House, the 5* hygiene rating (held for many years), shows that they take great care in ensuring their customers wellbeing. The consistency of quality and taste has in our opinion always been excellent. We have never had a bad meal, but, the fillet steak (very tender and beautifully cooked), duck and king prawn dishes have always been fresh and beautifully cooked. The new dish of crispy chicken with honey and chilli sauce is fabulous. All the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Long may this brilliant takeaway continue to flourish.”

“This pub has improved massively since last time I went and that was when it first opened The service was fantastic from a young blonde girl (I didn’t get her name) confident , polite and has great customer service skills The pizza was amazing too only down side it had a little too much seasoning on it but still edible One fault but it’s Holts fault not the pubs but the Diamond and Crystal lager is absolutely terrible and needs actual draught beers”

“Came into this Costa for the first time as friends of mine come here & said how clean & tidy it was & how lovely the staff were & they weren't wrong. They were so polite & friendly and even helped carry my order to the table.
