“The food and the service are both superb. I've had many things on the menu and keep going back because of both the quality of food and fun friendly attitude of the guys. The Pizza is excellent and the base tastes really good. The burgers are lovely and you can never go wrong with the kebab and chips, the chips are superb. Cannot recommend this place any higher.”

“This was the best Chinese meal we have had in a long time. The food was not only hot and very fresh but absolutely delicious. With so many restaurants to choose from these days, it can be hard to suss out the good from the bad. I can definitely recommend Mr Wang and his staff (if indeed there is a Mr Wang) for a wonderful meal in a very convivial atmosphere. (Ladies, do you like the hand-basins in the loo? Maybe the boys have them too but I really liked the decor!) We had complimentary prawn crackers served with a plum dipping sauce on the table whilst we chose our food. Crispy chicken slivers in a chilli and honey sauce, crispy duck in plum sauce, a side of plain noodles and egg fried rice complemented this. The portion sizes are very generous and our meal could easily have fed three people adequately. Wait till you see the bill! Having been used to overpriced Chinese meals in the past I couldn’t get over the one we had. Cannot beat this place. Great food. Friendly staff. Loved it!”

“We had a fitness comp close by and decided to grab a takeaway on route home and honestly, it was phenomal. We ordered through the app from the car and it told us what time to collect and it was accurate. We both got a veggie goats cheese speciality pizza, one sour dough base, one pan, both were amazing. Piping hot and loads of toppings. Service with a smile on collection too. Thank you!”

“Have mamas very often with friends, in my opinion best tasting pizzas in Blackburn. They use fresh ingredients and everything always taste the same whenever you order which is good because I love the consistency they have.”

“Fantastic Zizzi restaurant. Drinks were served quickly and allergies taken seriously - our young waitress was really friendly, inviting and she was a great server. For food, I had the Chianti Beef Ragu - absolutely deiclious. Great quality meat, red wine sauce was top notch and the pasta was smooth. Portion size needs to increase but other than that, it was spot on. Other party member had the goats cheese pizza - although it looks overwhelming, the bases is spread so thin, there isn't that much really. Tasty and would eat again. Defo recommend going - Zizzi seems accessible for all age groups and party sizes. Great location and nice views if you eat outside.”

“The restaurant is amazing, dough balls were fabulous ! I never eat such a good thing in a restaurant, pesto and garlic butter were so fresh and delicious, full of flavour. Rebecca was our waitress she was so lovely, and very friendly, always somewhere near by if we needed any help or to answer any question. We are very impressed with her service, and with the rest of the staff and with quality of food and atmosphere in restaurant.”

“We’ve been here a couple of times now with my little boy. Unfortunately, I did spill a drink this time after having one of those days. Helen and her colleague were amazing. I offered to clean it myself but they were more than accommodating, and even replaced my drink which they didn’t have to do. Such lovely staff there and I know they were super busy, but still went above and beyond for us.”

“This is possibly the best pizza place on Rice Lane and locally. I bought a large Italian pizza, with jalapeno added for free. Very good. My mouth is tingly but not burning. And I also ordered a large garlic bread. They gave me a free small garlic bread with cheese! It is all more delicious than any other local pizza place. If you visit, please say Salaam. The people working there are Persian, from Iran. Their culture goes back over six thousand years. Salaam, haal-e shoma chetore? - Hello, how are you? I recommend this place with great respect.”

“First time using here. Ordered 10" hot and spicy pizza and a mixed wrap. The donner meat, chicken and lamb was nice and soft, not dry like other places. Spoke with owner who told me the donner comes from somewhere else, can't be bought in Liverpool and it shows as its seasoned differently to other donner. Will be my go to now for a pizza or wrap. 100/10!”

“Went specifically to this location for the pizza wraps and cinnamon dippers. Will definitely be back again. The wraps are amazing and so cheap. The cinnamon dippers were also really good. Can’t wait to try the other options that aren’t available at other locations!”

“Ordered the 2 x Donner kebab meal from This establishment and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the meat. Less highly processed than you usually find and really fresh The deal came with fries, but opening the bag we found they had been forgotten. I called the shop and they sent a new box of fries out - no questions asked and were so polite and apologetic even down to the gent who dropped them off. Couldn’t fault it!”

“Love the 'My Box meal' for £6.99 when you collect. Personal pizza and a side! Perfect size and the price is great. They now have more options for the sides, it used to be garlic bread or wedges but now they now have onion rings and fries as well to pick from. It has always been great everytime I order. Sometimes they seem to be a bit short on the chicken on the topping. But it always tastes great.”

“5 Stars – Excellent Value and Delicious Pizza! Tried Garden City Kebab Pizza House for the first time and was really impressed. I went for the ham & pineapple and the double pepperoni pizzas—mainly because they had a buy one, get one free deal. £12.50 for two 10-inch takeaway pizzas is amazing value! Both pizzas were absolutely delicious. They had that classic holiday takeaway vibe—reminded me of the kind of pizza you get in Greece or Spain. Hard to describe, but you know it when you taste it: fresh, cheesy, and just really satisfying. I also got a pot of garlic mayo to dip the crusts, and it was spot on. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!”
