Today was with some more heavy duty work with Jacob and Anna. They were simply brilliant. I took up far too much of their time, but can only say “thank you” for today and the ongoing treatment. They are a credit to the surgery. A brilliant team all round!”

“Absolute diamonds these vets. My dog had a choking incident and after attempting everything we had to take him to a vet and these vets jumped to our aid. We weren't registered but yet they dropped everything there and then to help us with our dog. Fortunately my dog managed to dislodge the chew and it was all okay. But these guys were ready as soon as we got there . Thank-you so much from all our family and of course our dog Odin. Best wishes this Christmas and for New year.”

“I visited today for a check up and was seen by Maryam and Karen. They were both friendly and very helpful. I had a regular check up and then a deep clean was recommended for my next appointment. As it happened they had a cancellation so offered to do the deep clean there and then saving me having to come back another time. Throughout it all they were both very helpful, patient and informative. My daughter also had an appointment for a check up and due to past issues with another dentist was very anxious but they both were brilliant with her and it has changed her feelings towards going to dentist. Also the receptionist, unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was lovely. She was very friendly and welcoming. I've been going to this dentist for a long time and they were all new staff to me, all three are a credit to this practice.”

I was issued an appointment this very same afternoon and on the whole have been treated both effectively and efficiently. I’d like to thank the staff and in particular the dental practitioner who exuded a very empathetic attitude coupled with a wonderful sense of humour.
