Bero, mina and Joe work so hard to keep up with demand. Never had to wait a long time for my food despite there being many customers. Very accommodating nothing is too much for the lads. We tried the sweet and sour chicken, sizzling plate with fillet steak, ginger and spring onion, chicken with mushrooms, egg fried rice and noodles with bean sprouts. “We came in off the chance late on a Saturday. The restaurant was so busy we thought we would be turned away. A little 5 minute wait in the bar and was shown to our table. Louise was looking after us, her service was great and we was well looked after all evening. The food was delicious, drinks was great. Not sure what more you could ask for!”

“All this for just £13! They offer several meal deals at great prices. Staff were very friendly and kind. Service was fast and efficient. Food was hot and tasty, good cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks. They happily accommodated a change i requested with no problems at all. They take orders online, in person and for delivery. They also take cash or card. Would definitely return.”

“A great little find in the heart of town. Myself and a friend visited here for dinner whilst at Formby Hotel. We ordered lots of starters as we fancied trying a few things on the menu and each dish was amazing. Service was fantastic, the restaurant is beautiful and atmosphere was perfect. “Go to pizza place, customer service is next level. Friendly staff, always give you enough notice to collect your food so still hot when you get there. Delivery always turns up before time specified, again always arrives hot. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

After eating a pizza made by Italian master chef I was frustrated I couldn’t find anything similar, even in the biggest cities such as London. This evening I found it here. “A fantastic pub with great staff and excellent service. Food and beers are great and a good variety. There are camping facilities here with hard standing pitches and electric hook up as well as a rally field for groups of friends for camping weekends. Well worth a visit.”

“My puppy and I visited here on a long walk and oh my gosh the hospitality!!! Anna saw us looking particularly lost and showed us to the garden area. We were then extremely well looked after. Anna provided us with cushions and an umbrella (to block the sun) and the young helpful lad inside got us both a drink. We were looked after so unbelievably well. I’ve honestly never received such an incredible level of hospitality and appreciate it so much. We felt so welcome. Your team who we met were absolutely outstanding, especially Anna. “Had another lovely meal at Portofino. We were seated opposite the sea view. The general atmosphere in the restaurant is serene, a lot of effort has been made to create an authentic Italian feel. The food as always was top quality, a taste sensation and is very reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone for romantic dining or even with the family or work fucntions. Tip- Make sure you order a garlic bread with cheese, it's too good not to!”

“Good French food. I had the duck with cherry sauce and the café Gourmand. Very nice, service isn't fast but they cook food to order. Staff are helpful and the toilets are clean with nice toiletries. Great for foodies, maybe not the best place if you need to refuel fast and get back to the bargains. Good tip to check on their website before you go, I got a voucher with 30 percent off. And check when you order, it may not cover everything. Beautiful food.”
