“They do a fantastic job! Always helpful and friendly.”
Cranmore Veterinary Services in Chester is a highly respected practice known for its comprehensive and specialized animal care. Situated in Telford Court, the clinic serves as a vital resource for pet owners seeking both routine and advanced treatments. Their specialized services include hydrotherapy and laser physiotherapy, which are essential for post-operative recovery and rehabilitation. The facility is fully equipped for major medical emergencies, including rapid response for toxin ingestion and critical hospitalisation.
“As visitors to the area with our beloved dogs, we were deeply concerned when our elderly dog had a seizure so far from home. We were able to get her seen at the practice at short notice. The staff were very kind and the vet that saw our dog was very good. He gave her a pretty good 'MOT' and prescribed medication for her which we could then just call and ask for more of if necessary. We're relieved we were able to get our lovely dog seen so promptly by such a kind veterinary practice.”
“Excellent service at Ashcrots in and out in a couple of minutes this was my first time here after changing my pharmacy from Hollow wood in Eccleston who's service is really poor”
“I would just like to send a heartfelt thank you to the staff at this pharmacy. I arrived bloodied after a small biking accident and, not only did they supply me with antiseptic, plus wipes and paper towels they allowed me to sit in a chair, with customers coming and going, whilst I cleaned my wounds! I also had clinical advice and all for the sum total of £1! Wow! ....this is why I place my faith in humanity!”
“Credit where credits due, the young ladies who are front of house here are just lovely, so helpful and so polite. No question goes unanswered. They are the faces of a great team. They all make me and my family feel comfortable when discussing things”
“I popped into the Well Street Pharmacy in Ruthin to enquire as to whether travel inoculations were available there or whether I has to travel back down home to Devon and visit my GP. I was informed it was a new service offered there and I would be the first patient to use it. The lovely Ceri went through the documentation with me, the cost and what injections I needed. A couple of days later (and one sore arm), I was all sorted out for travel. Thank you to Ceri, absolutely first class service. I cannot recommend the travel inoculation service enough. It's quick, easy and saves taking up time of a GP surgery.”
“Very helpful staff, very informative despite being very busy always cheerful.”

“I have been coming here with my cats for a number of years. All the staff are so kind and polite. I took my elderly cat to be PTS. It was a very sad time but they gave me time with him and I got a lovely paw print and sympathy card. They were sympathetic”

“Even when you can't find medication in ANY Boots store, I've had no issues here as even with low stock levels they've been able to order from a supplier for the next day. I find at Boots etc the staff make minimal effort to help, you get a much better service here.”
“To advise, I have used Littler's pharmacy for well over a decade and in all that time I have found them to be nothing but helpful and considerate to my needs. The proprietors Sandra and Ian have gone out of their way to assist me with various issues the staff have always been polite, courteous and sympathetic. Their knowledge is second to none and they provide a service and lifeline to the villagers/customers despite the economic difficulties that such business' are currently facing. How easy is it to misjudge, complain and react without due consideration to full facts and often the practicality of the given situation. Nothing is infallible, no one perfect . Littler's pharmacy is a shining example of resilience and dedication for the benefit of village life. Something to remember and be thankful for. J M Youde”
“Very helpful pharmacy. They have a private room, I've used the free blood pressure check service one time when I dropped in to pick up my prescription. I receive text to tell me that my monthly prescription is ready to be collected. I don't think they offer a delivery service which would be helpful sometimes as a cancer patient. I get fatigued on treatment so do rely on family who live nearby to be able to pick it up for me sometimes.”
“Helpful staff, organised and keep you informed.”
“I've been there when customers are moaning about the place and the staff. Personally I've had the best service. The place is very busy, so I time it right. When they haven't had medication in for older customer, I've noticed they always offer to deliver. Can't fault them.”
“Excellent staff very friendly and efficient service”
“My Eldery mum and dad use this pharmacy and the service provided is just what they need.”
“A busy pharmacy always polite and helpful and make the time for their customers .lovely team.”
“Staff are really helpful and the pharmacist is very friendly and helpful”
“I went to Rowlands in Brynteg in need of antibiotics for very bad tonsillitis when I couldn't get through to my doctors. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Karen at the desk was so helpful and then the Pharmacist (I didn't get her name unfortunately) took me into the side room, was able to swab my throat, get me a prescription and get the antibiotics immediately for me. Can't reccomend enough!”
“Went on a Saturday night. They treated my dog quickly and efficiently. All was fine. They do insurance paperwork for you too which is great. I also witnessed amazing compassion from the lady on reception, I don't recall her name but she is an asset to Vets Now, they should be proud to have her.”
“Very helpful chemist go above and beyond to help you”
“Great pharmacy, friendly, helpful hard working staff. They always seem busy but still manage to take the time to treat you like person.”
