The only issue was registration at the reception. Make sure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 20 mins early). The staff were doing their best, with a new computer system. “All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

“I just want to leave a review after going to another dentist practice in Wallington and seeing the difference. I wanted my usual hygienist professional clean that I have with Maryam at Confidental, but obviously closer to home. Let me tell you that Maryam does a really thorough job compared to other practitioners. I can literally feel the space between my teeth once my cleaning is done with her. She uses nice quality products and always teaches me something new. My dental hygiene has improved massively with her, from using interdental brushes, to buying an electric toothbrush and getting a special toothpaste prescription. She definitely knows what she’s doing and does it well. Overall I’ve been with this practice for years, I can’t even remember, I did a crown with them, Invisalign with Dr Korush and every time the job is spectacularly well done. I have no complaints whatsoever and I’m someone with high standards generally speaking. I totally recommend this practice, you’re in good hands with them.”

“I went to Clinica London for a private dermatological treatment consultation. Having paid for and seen the doctor, there was no follow-up with the treatment that I wanted. I contacted the clinic multiple times but never received any of the follow-up information I was promised at the time of the office visit. After posting the previous unedited review, the office contacted me and apologised for their error. They have since followed up with me and we are moving forward with treatment. The treatment was as expected and I am more than satisfied with the results. Further, both the staff and the doctor followed up with post operative calls to check on my healing process. I fully recommend Clinica and plan to use them again.”
