“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. A solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay before a flight.”

“It was so heartbreaking to meet back to an islamic school right at the opposite corner close by from this hotel, 9 years after and discover that it is no more an Arabic school instead the students and Muslim teachers had relocated to a different far place, 3 years after.”

“Your man at the reception is absolutely nice, gentle and helpful. I had several inconveniences prior to my check in and because I couldn't communicate with the hotel on time to advise about my delay my reservation was cancelled. But your man managed to check me in and he also allowed me to stay an hour longer. My stay was a bit chaotic but the service I had from the hotel was absolutely fab. Really helpful receptionist, really nice with people and for the way I was treated I would certainly come back and I will certainly recommend to people I know. For a night stay it deffo did the job. Comfy bed, everything clean and good staff. I can only thank and share my appreciation.”

“A good place for dinner. Located to the left from reception. Nice and open interior. The food was good but bear in mind dishes are relatively small. The Guinea fowl was tasty. I recommend this place.”

“Came for the fish and chips and was not disappointed. Probably the best fish and chips in T5, even as early as 8.00am in the morning. The market place payment concept also works great as you can linger a long time while adding to your order. Works for a long transit wait. Better than the commercial lounge.”

“The Curator at Heathrow T3 is a good choice for a breakfast. Very efficient seating management and friendly staff. Too busy and the team handles it well. The food is tasty, well seasoned, has good temperature and texture. The prices are fair. The Eggs Benedict with salmon are highly recommended. My score is a 4.6.”

“Really happy with the food and service! I’m half Singaporean and the laksa was probably one of the closest to what you can get back home. Lovely wait staff (had Saw) and front of house was very welcoming. Highly recommend coming a bit earlier to fill up pre flight!”

“I recently visited Mr Singh's Pizza and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza had a light and crispy base, and the soya topping was exceptionally well-seasoned—definitely not chewy like you find at most places. The fries were an absolute standout—10/10! Perfectly cooked with a light, crispy shell and a fluffy interior. Highly recommend giving them a try. The milkshake was good, though fairly standard in both flavour and presentation. As for the sauces, they weren't labeled, but they did offer tomato ketchup, BBQ, and their own recipe chilli sauce, which had a nice tangy kick. I tried Mr Singh's spicy burger, and while the condiment fillings (just cheese and lettuce) left something to be desired, the actual soya patty was amazing! It was well-seasoned with a bit of a kick, but I would have loved to see extras like onions, pickles, or jalapeños to elevate it further. The prices were very reasonable, and portions were generous, making it great value for money. Decor was a little plain, with no real furnishings to make it stand out and standard automated playlist for music but the food makes up for this. Bonus points for their 100% vegetarian menu with vegan options—perfect for all the meat-free food lovers out there. If you're looking for great vegetarian comfort food, Mr Singh's is definitely worth a visit!”

“I had an 11-hour layover and decided to stop by Oceanic Pub. Easily the best decision I made. The passion fruit martinis were incredible, the brisket was perfectly done, and the place had a great atmosphere. “All the way from South Africa & just looking for some good food & drink before a long trip back home, I stumbled across Big Smoke Taphouse at London Heathrow Terminal 2 & had the absolute privilege of meeting Savio, the server who knew very well I struggling with the QR Code version menu & was eager to assist me & simplify my order & dining experience. Savio was extremely friendly, helpful & patient as we took our time to go through the hard copy menus & eventually opted for Tex Mex Tacos, Pork Burnt Ends, Some Onion Rings & 2 glasses of wine. I was pleasantly surprised with the bursting flavors of the all the food, especially the smokiness of the pork burnt ends & most especially encountering very bland food in England overall, LOL. “Discover this spot with a real deshi vibe, where most of the customers seem to be local taxi drivers. It’s run by friendly deshi aunties who give the place its authentic charm. The décor isn’t fancy, but maybe that’s part of the charm—it adds to the homely feel! The food is fresh—we had freshly made paratha with omelet, daal, and chai. Absolutely fabulous!”

“Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

“My visit to wagamama was very good. I was seated by the window. The place was clean and very busy. I ordered a raisukaree curry. I had a free coffee on my app which I was able to redeem. The service was very nice and polite. Everyone was working hard and efficient from what I have seen. A girl named Nik was amazing, she made sure I am all set and looked after. Thanks Nik! “Staying at the attached holiday inn for a night, but couldnt check into a room yet - decided to get breakfast here. They have a breakfast buffet or a la carte options. The hostess was extremely nice, had some coffee on my table before id even sat down. The buffet had plenty of options. We paid about 40 pounds for two people for the full english buffet and i was not disappointed!”

“Wow what an awesome surprise waiting for us in the duty free section at London Heathrow. We stopped at Carluccio's for a bite and shared a wonderful picante pizza. Finished off with cappuccinos and canoli and lemon cake. Everything was perfect. Well done and highly recommended!!”
