“All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

“Great day out with my friends and young kids, very reasonably priced (entry/ice cream etc) - just enough to keep the kids entertained and not feeling overwhelmed (inc us parents!). Competitive local zoo/farms are double the price and makes you then feel obliged to do every part of it! My kids loved the climbing frame & sand pit & free fair rides. The walk with Wallabies was a great experience too, the member of staff on duty 30/5 (Amelia I think?!) was so attentive with my daughter & great member of staff! Will be back soon! Would only recommend visiting on a dry or warm day .”

They took my provisional booking and honoured it even though i couldn't confirm the actual transfer until the afternoon before due to issues with the house purchase/sale process! “I attended this college as a student on the Vocal Artist Level 3 course from sept 2023- July 2025, and it was amazing, in my opinion. The staff were lovely, especially Shane Anderson and John Bergin, who were the most incredible and supportive tutors who very clearly cared about their students and our success in performances and assignments. I though the facilities in this campus, which was brand new when I started, were very good, most notably the practice rooms and the ground floor performance space, and I think as part of the facilities/equipment topic its important to note that all the computers used for production and music were Macs, which s very impressive. I loved the performance lessons and frequent shows that the college held, which I felt really helped to make me grow as an artist and performer, and I was able to access and experience some phenomenal opportunities during my time studying here; two opportunities included a two week volunteering trip in Cape Town, South Africa (which I can say with full honesty changed me as a person), and the chance to perform a 30 minute set at this year's Wireless Festival. Overall, I feel like the college has only improved since the new campus was established, and I'd highly recommend any aspiring musicians or artists attend this institution.”

“A very easy and straightforward process. My dog had a rabies vaccination at my local vets and I then contacted Heathrow vets to finalise the rest of the process. I was given an easy form to complete online and we made an appointment. The paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived and I was in and out of the practice in less than ten minutes. It couldn’t have been easier.”

“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“I’ve brought my house bunnies - sadly only one now - to Karen for holidays since we first got them in 2018. She takes brilliant care of them, making sure she understands their (sometimes very picky) preferences and giving them space to run around every day. She’s a real bunny expert and has always offered tips, advice and reassurance if we’ve ever had any questions and if she’s ever had a concern she’s been in touch before getting them to the vet. If you have rabbits, or other small pets, I’d highly recommend Karen to take care of them whenever you’re away.”

“I only have good things to say about wags and scruffs my dog use to be scared of frenchies and not the greatest at social skills.
