“We were really happy with our stay. Great location, quiet at night, clean facilities and helpful staff. Free luggage storage and free tea and coffee machine. Downsides were there aren't enough hooks for towels in the bathroom and the street just outside the hotel entrance has a few homeless tents”

“Booked in for 2 nights at St James' Court and it was a fantastic experience. Service was top notch and very friendly. We used the George V conference room which was fantastic room and plentiful of space for a group of 10. The break out area within the meeting room was very helpful for lunch and comfort breaks too. Used the spa for an hour on the 2nd day and it was a relaxing experience - wish I could have stayed for longer. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and so many options for both. Really enjoyed the whole experience and the team at A Taj made a real effort in making sure you had a great time.”

“This was a great hotel! The location was really convenient for sightseeing and catching the train. Lots of decent restaurants nearby that I strongly suggest you check out instead of the restaurant across the street. A few convenience stores nearby too that came in handy. The rooms were clean and spacious, my only slight complaint are the faucets in the bathrooms. They made a huge mess everytime I washed my hands. But overall, awesome property and I highly recommend!”

“I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I’m quite particular about cleanliness, and this place truly impressed me; everything was spotless, with attention to every detail. The bed was very comfortable, the room well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly warm and friendly! The location is perfect too, just a few meters from the subway, with a laundromat, grocery stores, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. A nice bonus was the stunning open view from my room! Considering the quality and the location, the price is an absolute steal!”

The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. There is a Costa, a bar and a really nice restaurant. The staff were so helpful during check-in and all of the staff in the restaurants were beyond h delightful - they even managed to sit and feed 9 of us late at the night! Joffan looked after us so well! The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. We all commented on how quiet the rooms were - will definitely be back for our next Twickenham visit!”

After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. “We enjoyed the Pimlico Flat for 10+ days. It is a very comfortable 2 BR & 2 Bathroom flat, with a cozy sitting room that has a gas fireplace that came in handy on a few blustery days. The kitchen is well equipped except you need to bring your own coffee maker. There was a small coffee press with no base, so inoperable. The flat is down a flight a stairs so can be challenging for older travelers. I would definitely recommend this flat for an extended stay in London. It is located in between the Victoria and Pimlico tube stops and the 24 Bus stop is very close and takes you to major museum stops.”
