She is so lovely and I’ve definitely chosen such a good fit for my needs. I ask a lot of questions and she always answers them with knowledge and professionalism… And patience! Within a couple of sessions I could feel both mentally and physically the impact of what she was helping me with in terms of joint pain and level of fitness. The treatment I received in clinic for my injury was fantastic with clear and easy to understand instruction for exercises at home leading to being able to get back to my normal activity. “A really well spoken lady just helped me find the shoes I was looking for (nike blaze 77 size 8) and we even spoke about movies that we liked such as aliens and other sci fi thrillers. She deserves a raise her customer service was 100% the best I have ever seen. Treating me like a friend I haven't seen in a while. So much so she convinced me to buy innersoles. She has great knowledge of shoes and how to move product.”

“I bought my Recovapro from the kiosk in Bluewater shopping centre. I love it. I've tried many handheld massagers but this does an amazing job and really loosens everything up. My neighbor has also purchased one and loves it and a friend tried it as well and is now also going to get one. It's a great percussion massager and has lots of settings. Battery life is great too. Lasts a good 2 weeks for me before I have to charge again.”

“Great for my mental health. We all know how important exercise is and how it helps us feel better, but you have to put the time and effort in. The App and the classes have been great for me as I have really liked the classes. I am really feeling the benefit, especially as the weather is now bad. Plus physically I am also feeling much better. The After Dark rides with Duncan are my favourite to get me out of some pretty low moods. Can't recommend it enough if you want to look after yourself and feel a whole lot better.”

“My son is currently in Year 9 and he is extremely happy in FGCS and doing well academically with great support from excellent staff and friendship groups. The results in this school speak for themselves...6th best in the country for GCSE results! and outstanding as well! Yes discipline is strict with one-hour detention for even being 1-minute late but detention is never during lessons, instead always after school or on a Saturday. I love that the school discipline system is so strict and consistent resulting in fewer children repeating poor behaviour and respecting staff more as they should be. An inspirational school which defies the assumption that schools have institutional Racism, with a very high percentage of SLT being from BME community, which represents the make-up of the school community hence encouraging children to aim/achieve high. Rarely see schools like FGCS with such a high number of BME staff at SLT level. Please look at their job vaccancy list, rarely jobs advertised because staff do not leave and are clearly happy there! Happy staff=Happy students! Well done FGCS keep on doing what your doing the formula works!”

“Mark, Craig and the Tower Sports team have been readily available and supportive over the last 6 months for our football club. Our football club turned to new sportswear providers for a full new home kit and some training wear. Over the 3 orders we have placed so far, the quality of the embroidery has been fantastic. The kits look brilliant and Mark will be readily available to jump onto a quick call to discuss any questions or issues we might have that need resolving. Usually, our kit is ready within 2/3 weeks of ordering and Mark will update when everything is ready for collection. We would definitely recommend Tower Sports to any other sport teams in the mid-Kent area.”

“Our son wears an orthotic ankle/leg brace after a spinal injury which means he has foot drop, and we approached James Taylor as we had heard that bespoke shoes could make a big difference to walking comfort. We live in New Zealand but made sure to make an appointment when we visited the UK - over five years ago now - and James Taylor measured and created lasts with unbelievable professionalism and accuracy. Their knowledge, attitude and care with such a very specific and specialist fitting was impressive but we were still apprehensive, given the cost. The process took a long time, over a year I think from start to finish (this was over Covid so that impacted) but when the boots were finally shipped to us, our son found that they were perfectly fitted and supportive enough that he no longer needed to wear his brace. This has made a huge positive difference to both his comfort and gait. He has twice since had the shoes resoled, each time with exemplary professionalism and care. Our son was working from home but is now in the office more, so the shoes are receiving more use; he has other shoes but these are just so much better, he wears them all the time. Consequently he is now contemplating buying a second pair and aims to do so in the very near future: they are expensive, but they're also an investment for life and nothing else compares. I can't really understand the negative reviews. Our experience could not have been more different: we are beyond delighted with the service and quality of the product.”

“I went here for 9 sessions at the end of 2023. I found the whole team to be friendly, professional and flexible. As I am chronically ill, I struggled to get to them, despite them giving me lifts (for free) to the local train station. I had to cancel once late notice and was allowed to rearrange. A few times I was late, and I was always treated kindly. My ears are typically slow to equalise and often hurts when I go on planes, but they had a few techniques that helped, and I was able to ask them to slow down, as it's a one-to-one service. Thank you for all your help!”
