“Great restaurant. I had wanted to have dinner here for many years and the opportunity finally presented itself. I attended with a large group and the staff were very attentive. We were served quickly (which was essential with hungry children.) The quality of the food was excellent (not just pasta and pizza!). Super location and perfect rustic atmosphere. thanks! “A Thai Delight My wife and I loved our meal here. The Green Curry was perfectly balanced and flavorful with the Boiled Rice, and the Carrot Salad was a fresh, zesty hit. Great food and a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend!”

“A lovely place to grab a hot/cold drink and a good range of snacks and ices, situated right next to a large children's playground park and picnic area. Toilets are accessible too. A few minutes walk from Ham cross- river ferry boat and this café is conveniently located between historic Orleans, Marble hill and Ham houses. All of which are fantastic places to visit, if you have the chance to. Well worth a visit!”

“1st time and it was a lovely pub near the Rugby (and I could park my motorcycle in the street). The young staff were welcoming, even when I asked if I could have 3 pints of Naked Ladies, if I wasn't being wound up by my buddies who drink there regularly for rugby. BTW they have Erdinger in bottles, including alcohol free so I could enjoy a beer.”

“A great place to go pre-match at Twickenham. I had linguine, was lovely, the tomatoes tasted great. Next time though I would order some garlic bread. Nice traditional pub decor.”

“This hotel/pub it was a nice random place that surprised us with a delicious burger and a nice kind of relaxing atmosphere. Kind of because it is by the main road, but relaxing because it was sunny, you can see Thames river over the road and enjoy a pint and some food. The staff was friendly, quite helpful, and polite even they were massively understaffed and they were running all over. The management should do their job better and not exploy their people, but ot might be the exception as it was a sunny day and lots of people joined us so this time I will not consider this in my review. We will update it if we return, and it will be a similar situation. Parking is available on the back of the hotel or on the side streets, but with limited access.”

“We had reserved a Christmas lunch for ten individuals at a different Green King establishment. After receiving only generic confirmation emails and no further communication, we visited the pub a week prior to our booking, only to discover it was still under construction. Dec, the Area Manager, was present and clarified that a mix-up had occurred, and our reservation should have been canceled. Following some concern, Dec successfully rebooked our lunch arrangements at the Barney Arns in Twickenham. Our visit to the Barney Arms was met with exceptional service from Chloe, who demonstrated remarkable helpfulness and understanding, effectively alleviating any concerns we had. Our Christmas luncheon was exceptional, characterized by outstanding cuisine and a superb ambiance. The staff provided exemplary service. Dec, Chloe, and the team provided exceptional assistance. We will certainly be rebooking for next year. Thank you for making our Christmas Day truly special.”

“Went there with the family, I had the chicken pizza and the amazing volcano Pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. The complementary olives and the tasty small bread were as tasty as well. Cant recommend the place enough. The staff was friendly and experience. you should definitely try it soon.”

The place looks absolutely fantastic after the recent renovation — modern, cozy, and with a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. A special shout-out to Vitória, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Her positive energy added so much to our evening! And of course, the pizza… it was simply delicious! Perfectly baked, with fresh ingredients and rich flavors that really stood out. One of the best I’ve had in a long time. “This is a lovely little French restaurant, with pretty French music! The French bread and caper butter was very delicious had to order more bread to finish off the yummy butter! My partner ordered the scallops and I got the pea soup - both very tasty! The decor is lovely, wooden floors and velvet blue sofas. The veal and plaice was quite good and the dauphinoise was excellent! Would definitely recommend and want to try the lobster ravioli next time!”

“Very nice. The coffee is a reasonable price, and very good quality - it doesn't taste like a dark roast so there is lots of room for the lighter flavours to come out. The staff are lovely. Unusual armchairs to sit in, or more traditional seating towards the back. Lots of accompanying food is offered, with gluten-free options available. It's so much better than a chain brand - and independent businesses are worth supporting. My cappuccino was £2.40. Loyalty cards are available. This could well be my favourite coffee in central Twickenham since The Coffee Lab closed down. Well worth a visit.”

“I have been a regular customer at the Harris + Hoole branch in St Margaret’s for almost two years now, and I can honestly say it is outstanding in every way. The place is always spotless and well-kept, which makes the environment really pleasant. The staff are incredibly polite, genuinely friendly, and noticeably professional in how they handle everything. What I especially appreciate is their balance of warmth and efficiency — they create such a welcoming atmosphere, yet at the same time they are so focused and quick that the queue always moves faster than you’d expect. Every single team member in this branch, both the guys and the girls, are absolutely brilliant. “I’m a big fan of this local pub. I used to live just around the corner, and it truly felt like a second home — or even a cosy grandparents’ house. It’s surprisingly spacious, with chic dried flower arrangements on every table (even the cutlery boxes are lovely). The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly, smiling, and attentive — not overbearing, just genuinely kind and efficient. They regularly rotate seasonal beers, so there’s always something new to try, and the food is consistently good. You can watch sports on TV, play darts, enjoy a few board games, and there’s even something to keep the kids entertained. A proper gem of a pub.”

“One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been. We had mussels for starter to share which they brought in two separate plates and made it easy. The starter was massive and absolutely enough for two people. Then we had pepperoni calzone and salmon pasta bake which were amazing. The food is absolutely fresh and flavoured here. The calzone was delicious and stuffed which made it a big portion and the salmon pasta bake was perfectly cheesy and in a great creamy white sauce. We also had Tiramisu which was perfectly creamy. The staff were nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for fresh and flavoured italian food served in a huge portions.”

Raj is a lovely lady who is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and will make every customers visit a treat as she can cater for all people, Raj is a star and so good at what she does ! Also Raj's colleague Puneet is a polite, accommodating competent person who takes care of customers needs and can assist with their requests to make your experience better ! There's a wide range of items to choose from, meals snacks and sweet and savoury treats !”

“Sheesh mahal We always look for a bring your own drink restaurant as they usually have the best food! This restaurant did not disappoint! We had the most amazing welcome. Were given a lovely booth for 2! We started with Poppadums and dips. Delicious! One was unique made from coconut!! With our main we chose the house special lamb chops, chicken madras, pilau rice and peshwari naan! The lamb chops were seconds to none! Unbelievable! When visiting new places we love to go to an Indian and this was in our top 10. The food was first class.”
