“I went to my local sainsburys to collect an argos item. I've never collected a delivery from there before so I wasn't sure what the procedure would be. The till queue was quite long being 1pm on a Monday so I asked a man called Joel what I needed to do. He was very polite and friendly and said he will assist me. Even though he was very busy he took the time to take my details and collected my item. I only had to wait a few minutes. Thank you Joel you made my day.”

“Really love this shop, located in a great area. Its not to big but is laid out well and easy to find the sections you need i.e. boys or girls and baby items. It is so child friendly a they have the table with the colouring things out and the staff are lovely when the children touch the toys or take the scooters to ride on. Good prices on clothes and other items i would say. Love the staff in their they are so friendly and chatty and make you feel so welcome.”

“I have just came out from the store with such a great experience! One of the staff (her colleague said she is the bra's expert:)) helped me more than one hour to choose different bras and nursing shirts. I have to go to the hospital for an earlier induction in 3 days, I feel so nervous and her kindness made me feel a bit better and calmed. She gave me a goody bag as well as a gift after my purchase!
