Really very close to public transport. Although our food disappeared on the day of the fridge cleaning, I loved coming to this hostel and I would come back on my next visit to London. “Probably the best hostel in all of London! The location is great, just a 10 minute walk from Tower Bridge and Tower of London, which is also a Circle and District line station, making travel around the city very easy. Check in was simple, and the rooms have pretty comfy bunk beds with assigned lockers to store your things. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were very kind should you want to replace your towels or linens or anything. The shower is notably wonderful -- great pressure and temperature. We were lucky enough to get a room with a view out onto this gorgeous church next door! There's fans in each bunk if you're too hot, and radiators if you're too cold. The bar downstairs only opens at 6, but it's a great spot to hang out with lots of mat-covered benches, a pool table, and an L-shaped bar in this cool arched brick space, staffed by super cool and friendly people (shoutout to Cassie here!) and full of friendly fellow patrons who are happy to chat to anyone in the vicinity. Laundry was somewhat expensive at 5 pounds a load for washing, but they provide detergent which was a godsend, and let's be honest, this is London. The cafe near reception has great coffee, and a variety of pastries, as well as a nice little sit-down, bookshelf-laden area to enjoy them. I'd recommend them any day, and will likely be booking back in again in the near future! Thanks so much Wombat!”

“I just had a great experience at The NorthFace Wembley outlet store. All staff took time to properly respond to my requests, in particular Garry the store manager/supervisor?? went above and beyond to help me find the right size for my son’s jacket despite of the store being so busy during this period. He had excellent problem people and problem solving skills- provided me with options and opportunities that I did not think of at the time. Highly recommend this branch to support you get that you need.”

“Wonderful Stay at Safestay London! I spent a few wonderful nights at Safestay Hostel in London, staying in a female dormitory, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to public transport and easy to reach many of the city’s main attractions. The rooms, showers, and toilets were all very clean and well-maintained, and the bedsheets were fresh and spotless. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm attitude really added to the welcoming atmosphere of the hostel. I would definitely recommend Safestay to anyone looking for clean, safe, and affordable accommodation in London. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!”

“This hostel has one of the greatest service I’ve experienced and the free breakfast and dinner is a plus. The staff is great and suggest many activities which makes the staying fun. The bathrooms and other facilities are constantly cleaned. Rooms are a bit small so we can easily feel packed.”

“Amazing service, even at 2 AM! We arrived in the middle of the night and were still warmly welcomed. Haidar helped us with parking nearby and even solved an issue with our booking — all around 2 AM! Super friendly and helpful staff. We have a fridge and a microwave and kettle in the room! So happy with our stay!”

“Gotta set the bad reviews straight! I stayed in a 14 bed female dorm and it was great! Loved how the female section was separated from the rest of the hostel with a pin code. There were great lockers in the rooms, bathrooms were good (just found one toilet that didn't always flush, but everything else was great and clean), didn't hear any noise at all from the downstairs bar (that might depend on the room idk), bed was comfy and cozy with the little curtain that covers most of the bed. There's a little light and a plug/usb port above each bed! Staff were great too!”

Dom said swing by and we'll squeeze you in. Dom and Jackie were so helpful, didn't rush it, provided a thorough and expert assessment and their advice was incredibly helpful. “Other Kids is a beautifully curated and designed local business. They are extremely knowledgeable, and provide expert advice on sizing / fit / style. The selection of shoes / clothes and other bits (books / puzzles / seasonal bits - eg bucket / spade etc) is excellent given that it is not a huge shop! It’s an absolute go to for us for school shoes and sandals - we’re extremely lucky to have a unique shop like this in Leigh! Highly recommended to anyone!”
