“I wanna thank Ayla’s pet store for all the support and words of encouragement with 4Paws Community Food Bank. I’ve never come across a pet store that cares so much about animals as well as the community. By putting up posters in their stores, the food bank has been able to flourish with donations from the community and get the recognition that would’ve been very hard to get without their support. As well as helping providing a drop off donation point they have always donated themselves. Not to mention they have very high-quality pet food, a doggy daycare and a really patient and understanding groomers It’s right by Clapham Common park so it’s only right to add it to my dogging walk.”

“I know that I could buy a bit cheaper online but I don't - and, to be honest, the prices are not high here which is fantastic. This pet shop is lovely, the people who run it are so kind and pleasant and it's a pleasure to support a local business. I visit at least twice a week with my ridiculous dog to get him his food and bones.”

“What a wonderful shop, with such lovely, polite, knowledgeable staff. I have purchased a new tank and fish from The Aquarium and as a total newbie I have no idea. Within a couple of days I knew I'd done something wrong when one of the fish was upside down (i know they don't do backstroke). I went to see the lady in the shop and not only did she help me with the water treatment, they filled up bags with their water and even talked the tank clean through after a rew weeks. Thank you so much and your dog gives such a lovely additional welcome.”

I was anxious about bringing him in when he wasn’t feeling well, but the vet was so calm, gentle, and reassuring that it put me at ease right away. “Came into the store to get cat food that the vets told me to get for my cat, James and Aaron were very helpful and friendly which made my shopping experience great. They managed to find my the product while it wasn’t on the shelf and it was lovely to see they could find it. They both went above and beyond, wouldn’t shop in any other pets at home”

“Took my shih tzu in for a full groom and they were really nice, they took time to listen to what kind of cut and the special needs of my dog. Really happy with the professionalism and the cut, would definitely book again.”

“Bought 6 ember tetras here about a month ago. Despite it being nearly closing time, the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!”

“We’ve been regular customers for a year or so now, and we couldn’t be happier with the grooming. Our dog isn’t the easiest but they are so sensitive and understanding with her, and she comes out looking great every time. Our dog loves Naomi the groomer, and Maxine the manager is always such a pleasure to deal with. We also buy her frozen food from here, and they are always well stocked, it’s always in great condition, and reasonably priced.”

“The best Pets at Home we’ve been to - have been so helpful during the process of settling in our Chi pup. The staff are so knowledgable and really do go the extra mile, they always remind me to check Pets Club vouchers etc and have even saved me a few times when I almost accidentally bought adult dog food instead of puppy food. I haven’t tried the grooming service however so can’t comment on it.”

“Great day out with my friends and young kids, very reasonably priced (entry/ice cream etc) - just enough to keep the kids entertained and not feeling overwhelmed (inc us parents!). Competitive local zoo/farms are double the price and makes you then feel obliged to do every part of it! My kids loved the climbing frame & sand pit & free fair rides. The walk with Wallabies was a great experience too, the member of staff on duty 30/5 (Amelia I think?!) was so attentive with my daughter & great member of staff! Will be back soon! Would only recommend visiting on a dry or warm day .”

“One of the best theme parks I've visited so far. Second best in the UK but is home to the best rollercoaster in the UK, Hyperia. It is absolutely amazing, the food is great and the views on and off of the coasters are amazing. My ranking list of the rollercoasters: 1. Hyperia 2. Swarm 3. Stealth 4. Nemesis Inferno 5. Colossus 6. Saw 7. The Walking Dead: The Ride 8. Flying fish. Honourable mentions: Tidal wave (Best water ride in the UK). Detonator. Zodiac. Samurai. Vortex. Rush. I'd definitely recommend the park to any thrill seekers and even if you aren't you should give the coasters and other rides a try.”

“Doesn't look like much from outside but I might say, took my little furbaby in about 2 or 3 weeks ago after seeing a lump on her head (thinking she might have cancer), with a quick check, draining of the abscess and antibiotics, and an insect bite, my little one is all better now.
