“Very good greasy spoon cafe. It was clean inside and the server was lovely and friendly. The menu was big and had all I would have wanted. My food was made within 5 minutes. Tasted great and I was very happy. Nice warming cup of tea. Prices are super reasonable for sitting in. I paid £7 for bacon roll, chips and cup of tea. Very good would say this is a good classic cafe.”

“Great value food. Generous cheese and mushroom omelette with very fresh salad including slaw. Support your local cafe before so we're left with is Costa and hipster nonsense.”

“Great location, close to the Tube and Asda. The room is just as good as other Premier Inns: nice, clean, and tidy. The breakfast really surprised me. The scrambled eggs were smooth, and the sausage and bacon were fried to a nice, fragrant finish. They also refilled the hot food quickly. Jose, you did a great job with the hot breakfast. I look forward to staying here again and enjoying it on my next trip to London.”

“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. A solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay before a flight.”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

“We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis hotel, very close to public transport and leisure activity centre. Also a large parking to choose from, so no issue coming here by car. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and a good reception area The rooms were cleaned very well by Gogu and Mariana, so thank you to them. Only beware the bathrooms are rather small, but otherwise would recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.”

“The room was pleasant and lovely and clean. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect. My only issue was the shower head leaked a little, but I had a very comfortable 2 nights away. On site parking was a bonus. Thanks to Brivony with your help sorting out the parking payment. Overall a good stay, would definitely use again.”

“First time at this particular PI and the difference between here and the one up the road (London Twickenham Stadium) are poles apart. There is parking but we turned up around 21:00 and I was lucky to find a spot; the car park does serve the Beefeater next door. The front door is automatic which is handy when you have a lot of bags but the inner doors are manual. We were greeted by a friendly, very helpful and enthusiastic member of staff. Our room was on the first floor (no lift) at the front of the building and although there was a busy main road and a bus stop outside it wasn’t that noisy. The room and bathroom seem bigger and as usual the bed is very comfortable. The wardrobe/ shelving unit is lovely and big, easily fits 4 days of our clothes and four big shelves for all your other bits. In this PI the rooms have A/C and having bus stops outside is an added bonus. Only negative is that the toilets don’t flush very well.”

“The ladies on reception are incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Mika (think that is her name!). Location excellent with the Underground Station next door and several bus routes stop outside. Have stayed here several times and just sorry that it is to close down in June 2026”

“We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.”

“This is our second time staying and it has been brilliant. The room size is brilliant, great value for money and very clean. The hotel manager and his staff have been fantastic. Wi-Fi works well but mobile data also works. Located a stones throw away from the train/tube station and a large variety of shops and food options, I absolutely recommend this hotel.”

“I’ve stayed here once before and had such a good experience we came back! Stayed here with my 2 children and honestly I can say that the staff have been AMAZING! Big shout out to Megan, who was amazing, so kind, smiley and so helpful, a real blessing!(This is a bonus when travelling solo with two young kids)! The rest of the staff were brilliant too! So helpful and you can tell that they are genuinely happy to work here! The room was great, and I will definitely be coming back!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s perfectly located, just a few minutes from the metro, in a lively business district with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Great for breakfast or lunch outside — but the hotel restaurant is also excellent, with a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, special mention to Ihjas. Our children were so happy to celebrate their birthday in London, and we’ll keep such great memories of our stay. We’ll definitely be back soon for our next trip to London!”

“This is a grand hotel. Impeccable service. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very quiet. Bed are grand and rooms adequate. Location is fabulous, as it sits across from Hyde Park. Two tube stops nearby, only a few steps from the hotel entrance. Restaurants within two blocks provide varied menus, which is good since restaurant at the hotel has a limited menu and subpar service. Highly recommended overall.”

“I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Brixton and I can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay in London. The beds are simply outstanding: spacious, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with high-quality mattresses that guarantee a deep and restful sleep. After long days exploring the city, coming back to that level of comfort was priceless. The breakfast is another highlight: generous, varied, and made with excellent-quality ingredients. And reset they delivered, Per Mare Per Terram style. Natasha, Roni, and Ouqhiba? Absolute legends—caring, efficient, and spot-on, like the ultimate “good wife” squad every traveler dreams of when stress hits hard. They handled everything with warmth and zero judgment, reminding me of that timeless wisdom: Know thyself, love thyself, love thy neighbor, and never judge a book by its cover. True pros who turned my freeze-up into a thaw-out. The room was spotless and comfy, but the real MVPs were the seabass (flaky perfection) and crisp apple juice at dinner—simple, satisfying fuel for the soul. “Main things you want to know: I stayed here for a room of one. Room was big, room service was provided only if you asked (which I prefer), and they have a restaurant you can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Something came up with my visit and I traveled to Oxford to stay with a friend. When I checked out early, the staff seemed concerned and wanted to see if they could fix any potential issues. I made them aware it had nothing to do with them specifically, so I hope management reads this comment :) If I have family and friends who want to visit London in the future, I’m 100% suggesting this place.”
