A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing).
