We only managed to go to the Romford branch which I believe is the smallest one - but nonetheless it had seats available and felt very homely! “I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“I go to this Starbucks because Lauren and the team really care about their jobs. Which would be unique anywhere, but they are the only coffee shop in Romford that does. Consistently exceptional! Today Natasha, at 1 minute to closing happily made me a flat white and only after completing the drink did they realise that they hadn't included the extra shot. With the stress of customers having to be sho'ed away every 30 seconds because they can see me in there. Having supposed to have finished... That still... Without hesitation. Put the coffee to the side and made another, with three shots and arguably better Latte Art than the one before, was fantastic and shows a very solid moral courage! I felt respected! Thank you all, it's a pleasure being your customer.”

“Took a chance which was well founded. Took a small single room for Saturday night. Had every thing you could want. 2 pillows, fan, bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bathroom had bath and hand shower. Water hot and everything worked. All white decor, clean and tidy. Quiet room at the back of the hotel. Dinning room/bar is plain but breakfast good overlooking the street and service attentive. Loads of car parking. Very pleased.”

“We had Sisi serve me and my partner and he is definitely the person you want making your cocktails or for entertainment. He made sure we was seated somewhere suitable for our needs and made sure we was comfortable no matter what. When he found out it’s my birthday he came out with a sprinkler. The food is not only affordable but also tasty. Me and my partner enjoyed the wagyu burger best. I would 100% recommend and 100% will be returning.”
