“Popped in this morning to get a berry cooler to take the edge off this heatwave. Service was quick and friendly and I was in an out in no time at all. Is worth noting that there is a step into the store. I was with a wheelchair user but was in a rush so didn't try to get them into the store so apologies if a ramp is available on request. If it is it may be worth replying to this for future reference for others as well as myself. Reading older reviews I wasnt sure what to expect but I genuinely couldn't fault the staff at all and will absolutely be stopping by again if I'm in that part of town”

“This is a little gem. Friendly staff and a proper old fashioned bacon sandwich - fresh white bread and plenty of good quality bacon. The cafe has beautiful views, located in the middle of the park. Bootcamp, circuits, body conditioning and cycle to name a few. The new facilities are great and it’s perfect for getting it done early. Janie is just amazing! I have Janie to thank for my love of exercise, she is so easy going, friendly and encouraging. Exactly what you need at that time in the morning. Favour is also amazing, he really pushes you out of your comfort zone and makes classes enjoyable.”
