    “I recently purchased a puppy from Acton Pets and could not fault the service, the animals looked happy and healthy and the staff were friendly and offered invaluable advice in regard’s to my puppy. They gave me free puppy food and all vaccinations were up to date. I've contacted the owner a few times for advice about my puppy and she is always more than happy to speak to me. I would definitely recommend this pet shop to others.”

    “Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”
