“What a find. This Company is a gem, did not disappoint, our Neff oven stopped working. It was a Saturday and we didn’t expect any response when we called. To our surprise we had a call out within a couple of hours. Engineer called Daniel came and accessed the problem, he was extremely professional and once he found the fault, he explained everything and a part had to be ordered. Communication was great, we had a call telling us when they were coming back, it was a couple of days as the weekend was in between. Daniel came back to finish the repair. Such a relief to find this company and so refreshing to have some faith and confidence restored when using a company for the first time, you never really know who or what you’re going to get! But, they tick every box, I hope they stay in business for ever!!! Once again, a huge thank you to the engineer Daniel. Price for first visit was £85.00, call-out, but no added extra call out charge for the return which was to install the part, in all the cost was extremely reasonable.”

“We had purchased 3x HAG Capisco 8106 chairs (2 for the study and 1 for office) from Back in Action and had them shipped to Hong Kong. My husband and I spend material time gaming when we're not working so chair comfort is a priority. We were looking to replace the HM-Setu chairs with the Capisco since my husband felt the Setu was cutting off the circulation in his leg. With the exchange rate at the time of purchase, the price of 3 Capiscos + shipping were the same as buying 2 in Hong Kong (and the Hong Kong shop didn't allow us to place an order with our color/fabric specs which was pretty pointless). Kuvesh was so kind to ensure all our specifications were met and looked after the logistics so that the chairs arrived promptly and seamlessly delivered to HK once manufactured. So if you're from abroad and there's a price differential, I would definitely encourage you to enquire if Back in Action can ship to you, especially the price differential is in your favour. I would also advise you to look directly at kvadrat's website for details on fabric choice - the chair is not cheap so you need to love every part of it! So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff.
