“My son started attending the nursery when he turned 2. He had a speech delay and struggled with social play. It only took a month for me to see how much of an astounding effect Ihsan had on my son. He started talking more, playing with other kids, listening to instructions etc and a major part of this development was the staff at Ihsan nursery. They also supported him with the local SENCO and support plan meetings with me and his key carer. This made me feel so assured that the areas where my son needs assistance in developing would be focused on and worked on during his time at nursery. It wasn’t just as if I was leaving my son with babysitters but I was taking him to a nursery that actually considers and really cares about helping children develop essential skills and qualities that will help them for the rest of their lives. I also used to take my twin daughters to the stay and play from when they were around 1 till they were ready to join the nursery. They absolutely loved it. I would go almost everyday and they had different themed activities, friendly staff and a clear routine (play, clean up, circle time) which really helped my daughters once they started nursery at Ihsan. My kids love it at Ihsan and I’m so proud that they are part of the Ihsan family.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“My daughter has been going to this nursery since we came out of the first lockdown and she absolutely loves it. We haven't had any negative experiences or reasons to complain. The first time we went to view the nursery, we were amazed at the space the children have to play and explore. The staff are always welcoming and ready to have a chat about your child's progress. A lot of times when my daughter comes back from nursery, she role plays her experience with her dolls and teddy bears like she is teaching them, that really helps me to see how she is developing. “I was reccommend this nursery when I sent my son here, who is now 9! He has such happy memories and still talks about his time here even to this day. When I had my daughter, who is now 2, I did not hesitate to send her to Toddle In Group too. It was lovely to see many of the same faces as when my son was there. Frankie was amazing – she didn't really need anything from us and setup by herself while we were franticly getting decorations up and food sorted. She came as a racing car driver and kept all the kids' attention - even the older ones! They loved the treasure hunt and tattoos, and all gave her a huge hug at the end. “My child has been attending Willow Nursery for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Thanks to the dedicated Baby Room manager and the staff who all work tirelessly to take care of all the children, my son has developed so much. My child was referred to external NHS departments such as Speech and Language, the Childhood Development Centre and Audiology when it was felt that he may need more support and that was as a result of the close work the Baby Room manager and SENCO manager had done with him. The nursery has fantastic resources and equipment such as a sensory room, SEN trained staff, a large playground, toys and books. Honestly, I visited a number of nurseries in the local area and none of them compared. The nursery is diverse as both the children and staff are of different cultures and raves and this is regularly celebrated. Overall, I can say I am extremely happy with Willow Nursery they take very good care of the children, keep parents and families involved and informed in everything they do and there is a real community feel about it. Well done Willow Nursery!!!”

“Had my son's 5th birthday party here and him and his friends were having a blast. The trampoline area is big but not too overwhelming, several staff members were looking after everyone for safety reasons. The UV party room was excelent, the kids were all delighted. The food was fresh and tasty, the pizza was warm and delicious. The staff member was attentive and helpful in the room. I wish I took her name to put it here. We're all felt very well looked after and not rushed at all even if we passed our 30 minutes time in there. Thank you! We will be coming back!”
