The staff member Jayraj was especially helpful, walking me through sizes and styles until I found exactly what I wanted. The showroom is well laid-out, clean, and you can really see samples to judge quality. I found the pricing fair compared to similar places. Only downside was a small wait for the order to arrive, but all in all quite satisfied. Would use them again when I remodel other parts of my home.”

Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

My encounter with the Clarks staff (Manisha and Ulfet) has always been brilliant especially although occasionally there has been a break down of communication with management. My only negative feedback would be they lack variety in terms of smart casual attire.”
