“Not had fish and chips for years. Looked up where to go as my son requested a bday treat while keeping up his lent restrictions. Our meals were all very good, especially the size and batter on the fish. Was crispy, not wet or stodgy at all. The owner Sam was very friendly, welcoming and went out of his way to accommodate us. He even threw in extra chips and a really lovely fresh salad for free. My mum was fascinated by how clean the shop was too. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others. All over great experience from start to finish!!”

“What a find! We just happened across this little restaurant for a weekday lunch and it was such a wonderful surprise. The food was fresh Lebanese family cooking at its very best and all for an incredibly reasonable price. “By far the best pub in Richmond. We regularly go to the Mitre, as they serve really fresh cask ales that change regularly. They also serve fantastic pizza’s where you can choose your own toppings or have the monthly special. We often get the dough balls as they are the perfect accompaniment to a few pints! Definitely get down there if your in the area!”

Michelle was very gentle and kind with me and took it slowly so I was with her each step of the way. My hair turned out lovely and I felt getting my hair done had a bigger impact on me than I was expecting. I will definitely be continuing to get my hair cut here. Thank you!”

“I discovered this great place where I had snow amazing dance experience. I learnt Bachata & Salsa. Not far from East Putney Station. Pleasant atmosphere, good music and great energy among everyone. This is a monthly party which attracts many dancers. Definitely recommend it for the energy and to dance Bachata & Salsa.”

The place is very small (japan style) low ceiling, one chef...just incredible taste and texture. We went early, about 4:15pm for dinner, took a chance and glad we did. No alcohol here either FYI.”

I had my 18 month old son properly fitted for his first pair of boots for winter and the shoes have held up so well as my son splashes in puddles and his feet stay dry. The store is also great for gifts and has an incredible selection of Brio train bits which make for a great activity for the little ones while you shop.”

These guys fitted me in about an hour after I called them, for a spot half hour before they closed on a Thursday afternoon which was a really nice touch!
