“What an incredible find! If you're looking for genuine Italian food made with passion, this is the place. The homemade lasagna, straight from a family recipe, was absolute perfection—rich, flavourful, and clearly made with love. The wine list was superb, and our server's recommendation was the perfect pairing. We finished with a fantastic dessert that was the ideal end to the meal. The best part was seeing the owner in the kitchen, pouring his heart into the food. That passion is the secret ingredient. We're already planning our next visit!”

“When you go out to an expensive nightclub in place located right within the heart of London, specially located anywhere near Berkeley Square, you do not count your money. Quality experience is what counts. The aim of going into a nightclub such as Luxx is not to focus your energies into staff behavior but to seize every moment to enjoy the music, savor the drink, and live in the moment. Rather than justifying the amount paid to get into a club and focusing on negatives with the purpose of badmouthing later on, one should learn to be a little more tolerant. I only say this because nightclubing lifestyle is completely different from living in a day lifestyle where people have their sleeves down and are expected to do things right by following appropriate standards. Yes, it is also true that the crowed can get rowdy at times and the staff members have to deal with visitors nuisance yet they have to gather courage to carry on serving other visitors and to see the night through despite challenges. So, in short, I just want to say, relax, and have a good time.”

“The overall dining experience was truly delightful, and the food comes in very generous portions. I ordered the Lamb Cutlets, which is my preferred dish at every restaurant I visit, and the serving here was easily the best size I have ever encountered. The dish consisted of four substantial pieces, and the portion was definitely satisfying. I left the restaurant feeling completely full and content. I would highly recommend this establishment and plan to visit again soon. The staff was also friendly and exceptionally helpful, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.”

“A wonderful indoor and outdoor dining room for a working lunch or group evening. Situated near the throng of embassies, this Polish restaurant serves excellent food. An exceptional dining room and elegant outdoor space come well recommended. The beetroot soup and perogi were both to a very fine standard. Service, too, was also top-notch and attentive. There are set luncheon options at a reasonable cost for the quality which I would entertain on a second visit. I would advise booking as it was very busy on this visit. Thank you for a lovely lunch.”

“This is our third visit and absolute favorite French taster menu option in London. Our default for special occasions! Very refined but relaxed deco/atmosphere with the most lovely and attentive staff on the floor and in the kitchen. Julio the Head Sommelier looked after us personally all evening and was spot on with his wine pairing and interesting facts. He made us feel very welcome! The food as usual was exceptional, visually gorgeous, rather large portions and full of fresh dynamic flavour – well done chef. Also Patrisia and her team organized the evening for us and were ever so accommodating, I was very demanding I do admit. It was my husbands 65th birthday and he recently was diagnosed with cancer, so this was a birthday celebration we really needed and appreciated a break from our new reality for an evening!”

Despite our large group of 30, they really looked after us and made my grandma’s 80th birthday so special all while juggling several other parties at the same time. They were so busy but nothing was a trouble for them. From the very start, Simon’s communication via email was excellent, making the booking process effortless. The prices are so reasonable, and the food was incredible. we honestly couldn’t pick a favourite dish because everything was delicious. The entertainment was such a lovely touch, with plate smashing, dancing, and a fun conga that got everyone involved. It was a truly special evening that we’ll all remember, and we can’t wait to come back. Huge thanks to Simon and his wonderful team for making it such a perfect celebration”

“I was yesterday for the first time in this pub and I'm really happy that we came. Me and my friend we had the best time ever. The food was so great. We tried the Fowey Mussels, Maple roast heritage squash cassoulet and as a starter we had Salt & pepper squid and the Pulled beef croquettes. The place is excellent with such a good vibes. “The Henry Addington, on middle dock, Canary Wharf. Great Nicholson's pub in a modern building, creating a bit of old worlde charm. A super selection of beers, both cask and keg. Great service and a good place to drink. There is a lot of seating inside and a number of outside tables for the warm weather. Come along and enjoy a pint.”

“A large group of 13 turned up after we had supported a charity event closeby, I was amazed at the size of this pub, the decor has some beautiful original features, has ample outside space and under cover space and can most certainly host 13 people at short notices for a group lunch - really welcoming too, a good olde traditional London Pub, can't beat it, ticked ever box, even more so Jane our server was outstanding from start to finish and couldn't do enough for us, and was lovely to meet the owner Vicky too, equally really lovely - Thank you for hosting us George we hope to revisit very soon! Keep up the good work and thanks to the Chef too. :)”

“I went to Ivy Market Grill on Thursday evening with my brother. Our waiter was Carlos, and I honestly can’t praise him enough. He was full of positive energy, very friendly, and incredibly polite. He really looked after us. For food, we ordered the Fish & Chips and the Moroccan-style Chicken. The fish and chips were excellent, but the chicken wasn’t really to my taste as it had quite a strong curry flavour. For dessert, we chose the Chocolate Bombe, which was delicious, and Carlos very kindly surprised us with an extra dessert on the house. That was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — many thanks to Carlos and the whole team for making our evening so enjoyable.”

“Had a Sunday evening family meal for 5 of us. We were served and looked after by Mira who did a fantastic job. Very polite and friendly. It seemed the restaurant had more staff on than normal (not sure if they had recruited more), but the staff (especially Mira) were brilliant. Salad bar was always topped up too!”

Just finished the whole mezze box, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend! Five stars from me for both the food and the outstanding service.”

“I didn't know quite what to expect when I went there for a Red Letter Day 3 course meal with free flowing prosecco. I certainly was not disappointed! From the moment we entered, the staff were exceptional. They were all incredibly polite and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the portions were decent. As for the free-flowing prosecco, I honestly thought that there would be a catch, but they were incredibly generous with it! The restaurant was lovely inside, and once it filled up with some customers, there was a great atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and Amandeep in particular was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend a visit!”

“I used to go to Embargo for a night out in my 20's. I have just turned 50 and decided that I wanted a private party, dancing the night away with my friends who were flying in from all over the world. We met with Rania Milat who is the Sales and Marketing Manager and she agreed to letting us take the whole place over for a night in January 2025. We worked together on the theme and my vision for the night and Rania went ahead and sourced absolutely everything and came up with plenty of other suggestions she thought I might like (spoiler - I loved them all!). I cannot describe how perfectly everything ran, how great of a collaborator she is, especially given that I am not based in the UK so it was all done via WhatsApp. The whole crew who were there on the night from the DJ to the dancers to the musicians to the caterers to the bar tenders to the waiters were on point and all in line with the joyful vibe we were going for. But all the credit really goes to Rania for anticipating absolutely every need - always there to change out my drink, give me a tour of all the little details, collect and store gifts which she then brought to my hotel along with the cake and other mementos from the night. But possibly my favourite "touch" was when my feet could no longer handle my stilettos, she brought me a small carpet to dance on that also fit the theme of the party. I could not imagine this party being any better in any way and the feedback we have received from all of our guests were words like "best party ever" and "what a great venue". Our guest list (160 people) ranged from age 18 to 82 and everything in between, with the majority being 40's / 50's. Most people did not sit down all night (we were there for 8 hours) and were dancing and having the time of our lives. Rania and the whole team put in so much effort on our behalf and I could not be more grateful to them or thankful that we made the decision to go with Embargo Republica as the venue for this party.”
