“I’ve been coming to Underground for about 10 years and have had 15 of my 19 piercings done with them and I’m impressed each and every time. I had my conch and septum done with Salwa today - I asked for a suggestion on what ear piercing to get and she was super helpful and made the perfect choice. Despite getting two painful piercings her technique was probably the best I’ve had - I felt the conch pain for about a second and the septum pain for a split second. Aftercare instructions were clear as always. A super easy, quick, and efficient process overall!”

“Just ordered 2 margherita pizzas and tiramisu for 2, the pizza was very nice however they’ve put both tiramisu’s in 1 container on top of each other, the bottom one is so obvious that was ruined way before the trip its all mushy and you cant even see the shape of it, this isnt the level of service I would expect as these are not free and not cheap, would never buy online from here ever again. UPDATE:28.09.25- I was contacted by the manager from the enfield branch who was very apologetic and offered a £20 voucher to dine in any of the prezzo restaurants, thank you for contacting me and looking into this!”

“I had a skin fade from Alex who is a top geezer! He is professional and delivers a top quality service for those who are skeptical do not hesitate as he has cut high profile football players before, he should be charging a lot more for his hair cuts but i am not complaining. Defo worth a visit!!!!”
