“think this is one of the best Costa Coffee outlets in the Havering area of outer London. It is run with super efficiently and a lot of care is taken to meet any special requests such as extra hot etc etc I do not know how long the young lady whose name i understand is Valentina has been at Costa but she certainly seems to be very experienced.She stays calm and organised even when it is very busy. I like to give praise where praise is deserved and she certainly deserves it. She has the perfect manner for dealing with the public and makes the minimum fuss about it. A credit to Costa ! Her colleagues are very good too and no doubt are recipients of good advice from Valentina. Thank you Paul”

“Just had the loveliest experience here and had to share.. Eating out with a little one can be a bit nerve wracking and we've sometimes been made to feel like a real inconvenience...not here! The staff were fantastic with my little girl and so friendly and welcoming. My little one devoured the cracker kindly offered to her (she refused the food I brought with me!) The lady even wiped her hands and played with her, giving me the chance to enjoy the siracha eggs I'd ordered (which were delicious by the way).
