“I stayed here for a few days in May. The staff is lovely - very happy to assist with suggestions for nearby activities and food options. I had requested for a ground floor room due to luggage and they accommodated me. It’s within a short walking distance of the tube station and plenty of options to eat nearby. The room was comfortably sized and the only downside of the ground floor room was the noise from people checking in/out in the morning. I chose this place because of the convenient location and had no problem navigating with my luggage for my journey to Heathrow. I was able to keep my bags post checkout time as I had a late departure and everyone on the staff was super nice.”

“A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. “Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

“We visited Jack’s Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn specifically for the Christmas dinner and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We had a wonderful time! The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff.
