“I have NOT been to a dentist in years due to fear from past experience , After putting up with a serve toothache this dentist was only minutes away from were i live i thought i would give it go. All i can say is if you are nerves person and decide dentist are not for you, then please try these. They made me feel at ease with out ANY pressure . I would highly recommend this practice. The lady i saw and her assistant was so much help and made me feel at ease. They are there every step of the way with you, and explain everything they are doing before they do it. If you are not happy with what they going do they will stop. One of the best Dentist i have seen in a long time. If you are a nervous person these are the people to over come that. I am so pleased with all the staff members at the reception, the Dr and the physio. They are very professional people. They assisted me with all that I and my children needed. Explained every aspect of the care and involved me and the children in every decision in care planning for my children, on both occasions. They were calm and very patient with my children. They answered all my and my children's questions.. I found them to be very humble and respectful towards our needs. “Mr Mata is one hell of a practioner. Excellent bedside manner - very modest and doesnt show any arrogance as it sometimes happens somewhere else. Explains everything patiently and very thorough. Most importantly he clarified incorrect diagnosis made by a private practioner which would put me thruough many unnecessary treatments and possibly a surgery. Instead I received sets of simple stretch exercise which removed, after 3 months of disciplined execution, the pain completely. Thank you Mr. Mata. You are a star in my humble opinion.
