“I've been going to Jason and the team since 2017 and have always had a great experience. They're professional, trustworthy, and genuinely care about their customers. Always happy to offer honest advice and go the extra mile. Even when I moved over to a Tesla (not their favourite!), they were still my go-to for help. I had a charging issue, and Tesla told me to buy a new charger—which I did—but it didn’t fix the problem. Turned out it was the onboard charger, which costs over £1,000 to repair! Jason took my old charger, worked his magic, and had everything working within a few hours. Outstanding service every time. Highly recommend!”

“Attended on Sat 11th Oct at 10-11am, I had an issue with my daughter’s bike, I did not have an appointment we just walked in. We was kindly seen by Ronnie, although he was obviously busy with several people waiting, he managed to fit us in, not only did he fix the problem we had but also checked the bikes breaks, and pumped up the wheels for us. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly and we appriciate the service he provided. At the time of visit the store was very busy and he had several people waiting with appointments but he still managed to see us and exceeded our expectation of the visit.”

“I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.”

Well I have speculated in the cost of a Stage 1 Remap for my F80 M3, and boy have I accumulated more Bhp, Torque and smoothness to add. “AC Electronics carried out a repair on my large TV, I had been worried after people telling me the price of getting televisions repaired, many had suggested it would be cheaper to buy a new one, But one recommended me to try AC electronics, I was given a quick quote, which I accepted straight away, I was prepared to pay twice What it actually cost me, I found them polite, Freindly, helpful, and most of all totally honest . All the qualities you want to find, from someone repairing something you know little about, And while I was there picking up my TV, I found they had loads of small electrical items for sale in the shop, And made two further purchases, I could not recommend them more.
