Terry came round almost immediately, analysed the problem and explained the options. I knew what he was saying was genuine and the next day I had a new boiler installed. The work was carried out thoroughly, cleanly, and efficiently. I had stumbled on a gem ! Terry has since serviced my boiler annually and done some other work that I asked him to do , such as changing some radiators for me. All done in the same manner. I am pleased to know that they are there for me to call on if needed. Thoroughly recommended.”
